Our room was spacious and clean. There is no hot water kettle, but AC and hot water are good. Breakfast was minimal but the hotel had low occupancy due to covid travel restrictions, so it is not fair to judge this. Overall, we were very happy here. There is a nice big pool too. Location is in the town center, with 7-Eleven nearby. We will stay here again.

The hotel is spacious but quite old and running down. The bathroom is small and not convenient. However, Thai breakfast choices are great and beyond expectation and tastes good. The reception staff are helpful with direction guides and tourist attraction recommendation.

4th Stay in a Junior Suite”
Some rooms have been renovated as well as reception, Very nice. No fuss from the staff all very polite and helpful when needed as you would expect. Our room was acceptable been the same for years this is Thailand. Family visit to Chaiyaphum this is a ideal location to the markets, Tesco, restaurants. We did have a car which is easier not many taxis or tuk tuks. Disappointed the swimming pool was closed due to a awaiting a new pump. The evening restaurant/bar and karaoke was also closed due to covid etc, no notification of this was a bit upsetting having 2 young children. Check in/out was straight forward and fresh towels everyday! Beware of insects Chaiyaphum is set amongst numerous national parks. Tat ton waterfall is within a 30 minute drive well worth a visit. Thai tv to be expected, air con was fine, water pressure of the electric heated shower is ok… Breakfast is Thai with toast and fruit on the side. Fried Eggs are very good, there was different Thai food every morning. Don’t expect a full English/American or continental breakfast. Will return again and hopefully see further improvement. Thank you.

The staff at the front desk and at breakfast was very good and friendly. The rooms were clean. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Only water to drink. Breakfast Sunday had a buffet but not Monday. Bare essentials Monday. They don't even serve real coffee at breakfast, only instant!

We stayed one night in this hotel on a stopover to some of the national parks in the area. The room and facilities are basic, but the rooms were clean and well-maintained and the staff was friendly.
