Sida resort on Friday night ”
Good thing 1. They allow early check in (around 10am) with no extra charge 2. So quite at night Not good thing 1. We booked for family room 3 adult +2 kids(9,7 years) but get normal room (5 feet bed+1 eatra bed) which could not cover 2 kids.🥲🥲😢 2. Staff suggest to book another room, why???😡 3. Breakfast ticket available just for 3 adults so we have to buy extra for the kids 😡 4. Room does not clean and no Wi-Fi 😩 5. Bed cannot use (broken) , make backache😢😢 6. Food, Dish, Spoon are not clean😩

We stayed in an older section of this sprawling resort set around a fast flowing stream at the foot of hill.Its a nice setting. The room we stayed in had the noisiest aircon I have ever heard, and we were moved from another room with the same issue, Chairs ,curtains bathroom all old and unclean but bedding and towells and floors good.. Food was ordinary but good places nearby and the staff were all good. We swam in the pool which had a bit of a green color,all the pool furniture worn out Staff were courteous but I would think used to people complaining . Don't use the common WCs !

Nice Location, but very old resort”
This is very large resort and good location. A lot of activities are advertised, but actually they are very old (look like they made since 10 years ago), and not do maintenance at all including not secure anymore. Room condition is quite old, and some already broken.

Not clean, staffs are not taking good care of customers. Water is not running properly. But they are lot of activities for kids.

A so-called ‘VIP-house’? Not at all! I guess 50 years old, no renovations done. Booked for 3 nights, 4000 TBH per night! Bathroom ceiling very bad because of roofleaks. Refrigerator stinks, Aircons big very old noisy machines, no curtains in the living room is like an aquarium for people passing by. TV all channels blurred. Wifi not working, old windows not well closing. Really disappointing, we ran away after 2 nights.

The water rafting is near and the ATV is 3 mins drive from Sida. The staffs are nice and friendly. The rooms are big and good if you have a kids. It is our 2nd time to visit the place.

Sida Resort rank themselves 4**** My experience from stay I feel this overstated. Breakfast for Tha's was a good selection served in Bain Maries which ensured the food remained hot. Western Style. Cold eggs, no bacon, no cereal, no fresh milk, a good selection of bread, jams and fresh fruit. Mini Fridge in room empty which I had to add from the local 7 Eleven. Some of the indoor venues close(I presume from the lack of bookings)Coffe shop I asked for a Latte instant coffee served warm which I returned and requested no payment.

Natural resort”
we expected to get away from town and Sida resort was our choice. Not so welcome staff in the front desk! Everyone there need a good training for keeping smile for the customers! when we check in we saw the warning sign of swiming pool closed that the most disappoint bcs we coming here just an important activity tnat we expected! But no choice, we already come. The room still smell old even already renovate, the toilet look so old in executive room! The restaurant there is the best with streaming water run pass! Also a huge food!

Activities Oriented Resort”
Recalling my first time was here 40 years ago and almost nothing changed. Hotel in the nature nearest to the National Park. Many parts of the property have been left uncultivated and neglected, like the rock garden. Too many cars during weekend need proper and clearer traffic system.

Interesting Hotel”
This hotel would be great for a large group or a family reunion. We were there only one night so we didn’t do much. The employees were kind as my friends car needed some maintenance and they helped. Breakfast was good. Location is great right at the entrance of the national park. We went in low season so not many people at the hotel. Lots of stuff to do in high season.
