Staff: Very accomodating, always ready to assist queries Facilities: 2 pools to choose from and clean beach that has enough shore to camp on the sand Room: there is no refrigerator & hair dryer, everything else is superb and clean, dust free 👍 Location: It is far from the main road, best to have transportation Overall, best vacation stay here, got rid of my work and city stress. My stay at the Serra Resort was nothing but great. The staff were outstanding. Took care of me like I was family answered all my question if they did not know they would try to find out the answer. Will stay there again. The view of the ocean and sun rise were beautiful.

Place is peaceful”
The place is peaceful and nice. The rooms are bigs, aircon is very cold. Swimmingpool is big and can night swim. One thing that i am uncomfortable is the big old antique cabinets im the rooms. A bit scary.

Their staff, especially the woman receptionist, is very accommodating. She made sure everything is taken cared of and ready for us when we come back from a very very hectic day. The facilities are well maintained, the food superb, the view is great. Just a great place to relax and enjoy family time.

Room fronting the beach was great! Common living area facing the beach was a great plus. Wifi was good, I was able to work from night til dawn. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast options was limited but portions were great. Staff were courteous and kind, they attended to our requests really well.

Perfect Family Getaway”
Clean and kids friendly pool… My toddler had a great time. The adults enjoyed the pool too…it’s heated pool so you can swim anytime of the day. Food is delicious. Staffs are accommodating. Peaceful location to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach.

This place is really nice. The bathroom is as big as the room. The pool water is warm because it gets sunned in the day. If you hit the pool at 3pm it's so perfect. One pool is a kids pool and our 3 year old loves it. Decent internet, friendly staff, this place is WAY nicer than it's Agoda profile shows. We will be back. Alot

Kid friendly and so many pool options”
We were the only guests during our stay so we enjoyed the quiet. The beach is among the better ones here in Dauin since the other resorts were mostly rocky. So many pool options too, perfect for families with kids. The restaurant can do some improvements especially with their food choices. We were looking for more Filipino food. Overall, highly recommended.

Who's cooking in their restaurant? Excellent food! Overall almost 10/10, it's just really the wifi. They should have it fixed. Other than that! friendly staff! excellent food! Really prepared with toilettries in the rooms. Super spacious bathrooms, haha. It's near the port going to Apo Island. You still need to take jeep/tricycle tho but still. yeap. Recommending this place. 👍

We holidayed on the shoreline just 15mins outside Dumaguete City Rooms are clean rustic decor big balconies views across pool and beautiful grounds swim in ocean or laze by the enormous pool, foods value for money… pork cutlets or spicy chicken with fried homestyle potatoes delicious Breakfast is standard menu no buffets Easy walk to other more expensive resorts if u want to dine in their restaurants or walk to roadside shops for groceries, drinks cigarettes etc 3400 pesos per night included breakfast for 2 and hot water shower , air cond room and wifi
