Unforgettable place”
The hotel atmosphere was great, and the staff at the swimming pool were very friendly. I especially want to thank the short-haired female staff at the front desk. On the last evening, I took a Grab to the hotel and left my wallet in the car. When I tried to contact the driver through the Grab app, I found out that I could only communicate with the driver when booking a taxi, and there was no way to contact the driver afterwards. I managed to find the driver's number through the hotel CCTV and the short-haired staff at Grab customer service contacted him, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. However, the driver tried his best to help me for an hour, and I was touched. The next day, there was no news, so I decided to stay in Danang for a while. I wrote down the hotel address and name, wallet brand and color, and went shopping in Danang. That night, when I was about to leave at 8:30 pm, suddenly a staff member from the Danang hotel called and asked if I had lost my wallet at Hoi An Silk Sense. I confirmed it, and the staff members talked to each other in Vietnamese. Finally, at 9 pm, a Silk Sense staff member came on a motorcycle to deliver my wallet. I thanked the staff member who delivered it because there was 500,000 Vietnamese dong and some change in the wallet. I apologized for only having Vietnamese dong and sincerely wanted to give more if I had any left. They found my wallet by riding a motorcycle and sweating a lot on the long journey, and they also tried their best at the front desk. Many Silk Sense staff members helped me find it. In fact, if I had returned to another country without finding it, it would have been impossible for anyone to help me. I am very grateful and touched! Thank you~~!

Comfortable and Beautiful Resort”
Great resort for families! The rooms are spacious and in good condition. It's not as big as it looks in the pictures, but it's a well-maintained resort with a cozy and nature-friendly atmosphere. The amenities are also very cute, and the room cleaning is really good, so we stayed comfortably without any shortage of towels. It's a bit far from the old town, but you can call a Grab to get there, and every time we did, the reception staff came out to help us, so there was no inconvenience. The staff are very, very friendly, and the swimming pool is also beautiful. It was a bit cloudy on the day I went, but it would be really pretty on a sunny day. The breakfast was also delicious, and we stayed for two days, so there was some fun in trying different foods. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and the garden and swimming pool are well equipped. However, it is far from Anbang Beach or Old Town. Although there is a shuttle, it can be a poor choice for those who want to tour because it is time consuming. This part can be divided into pros and cons depending on the person, so I think you can use it as a reference.

Beautiful resort which is perfect for relaxing holidays. Best services and best room condition. They even offers various free activities such as afternoon tea and cooking class. I've been staying at silksense hoian for 2 nights and loved evrything about this resort.

Great resort with pool and nice staff”
I booked a big room with private garden. I used the room with two of my friends and they loved it. Room condition was nice and clean. But the most impressing experience was attitude of staff. They were always kind and ask whether we are fine even though everything was perfect already. Their welcoming and warm treatment was touching. Thank you for helping me from every little moment, and sorry that I lost my good bye card so that I can't write down all the staffs' name I met. Thank you again.

This hotel is a gem in Hoi An with great facilities, clean and well designed and maintained rooms with great staff in general and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay, the pool, the nearby beach, the restaurant, the old town etc. Most of the staff are amazing but still room for some improvement when providing information on tours, scooter rental options, and also the eggs station at the breakfast is not up to the standard, however the breakfast was fine for us. We strongly recommend this hotel and wish everyone a pleasant stay.

Absolutely stunning property outside of town”
Beautiful hotel between the beach and the old town situated on the side of the river. With a feeling of space and tranquility. Lovely place to relax, short taxi / hotel shuttle into the old town. Though I highly recommend using the free bikes provided by the hotel to cycle to the old town or the paddy fields near by and then to the beach. The ladies at the spa give first class Service with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as was the room service. Best hotel we have stayed in on our trip to Vietnam.
