Great Hotel and price from an overall perspective”
I have just reurned from a 4 night stay at the Silken al-Andalus Palace Hotel, and I can only say great things about it as an overall analysis. Firstly, the only reservation anybody should have would be if you are a traveller who demands a city centre location - basically it is 3 miles out and is not feasible to walk into Seville. However, the mitigation to this one drawback is the regular buses that run every 10 minutes (stop 100 yards outside hotel) and take only 10 minutes to get to San Prado (centre). One note is last bus from Seville is at 11.30pm. but apart from the shopping centre and area around cathedral, you would need to walk to see the whole of Seville anyway so the fact the hotel is not central isn't really an issue As someone who prefers to be out of the centre but near enough to venture in, this was ideal for me. The hotel offered everything and more you could expect from a 4* hotel, the staff were friendly (and pleasing on the eye!, the swimming pool and area is superb and clean, and the fact the hotel is situated next to Real Betis stadium allowed me an easy trip to the match. It can e tricky to find places to eat at first, but this was only because I kep walking in the wrong direction. Tip: walk to Real Betis Souvenir shop and head in a '10 o'clock' direction - this will lead you to a small suburb with supermarkets, bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. first impression puts you on a high”
this is the forth time we have stayed at the Al andalus Palace. we have always enjoyed it and have never had cause to complain. This appears to me a hotel that draws most of its income from conferences and weddings and the sheer size tends to undermine a more intimate relationship with the guest. However I qualify this by saying that staff have always been polite and friendly to us. On previous occasions the cocktail bar has been well attended but it looks like spain is really suffering at the moment as i was the only one there on a hursday night, the Italica restaurant at which we dined once and was quite pleased with it,was closed.

Long weekend in Seville”
The Silken Al-Andalus Hotel is a large hotel with all the amenities that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel was clean throughout and although we had the basic comfort rooms they had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We had the breakfast which had a vast variety of choices, but didn't use the restaurants at night so I can't comment on them. The hotel is a little out of the city centre but a short bus ride at 1.4 euro's or a taxi ride gets you there in no time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Modern different luxury hotel ”
We had a lovely stay here, it is further out of Seville but the bus outside the hotel comes every ten minutes taking you into Seville. The hotel is really impressive with a lovely entrance foyer, we had a very luxurious room and as we had upgraded we were able to use the executive lounge with free tea, coffee and nibbles.

Amazing Hotel”
This hotel is amazing, very spacious club rooms, with excellent breakfast and excellent professional smiley staff ... not far from the plaza de espana ... may be 10 mins by car ... the hotel has a parking for 14€ per day but there are alot of free public parking spaces in the streets nearby, strongly recommend it for anyone going to Seville 😉

Excellent”
Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and food was good, and reasonably priced (especially for a city). There is ample free parking on the streets all around the hotel, and it is really easy to drive to (being on the outskirts of Seville). It is a fair way out of the city (a good 45minute walk to centre - although it is a pleasant walk). There are at least 2 buses that stop within 100 metres of the hotel however, and a taxi rank outside (6-7 euros to city centre).

Large comfortable hotel”
this hotel was a very pleasant and reasonably priced stay for us for 2 nights in sevilla. it is definitely very large and the rooms are spacious. the front desk speaks english and is very polite/helpful. charge adapters are available to borrow and make sure to get your wifi code (changes daily) from the front desk. we didn't make use of the pool at all, but there were some nice hammock chairs that we napped in outside. although the hotel is a good 10-15 minute bus ride from the city center, it's a nice getaway at the end of a long day and surely the rooms are more spacious than those in the downtown area. i would definitely stay here again.

Nice and spacious hotel”
Reasonable price for two nights in Seville. Breakfast has a wide variety and good quality. The swimming pool is really nice. The hotel is not in the center but access is easy by car or bus. It is about 35 mins walk to center or 5 mins by a taxi and cost only 6 EUR. The Wifi is free but the signal is weak in the room. I would like to choose this hotel again.

Great hotel a short ride from main tourist sites”
Our first impression of this hotel was very positive. Although it's a bit outside of the main tourist area, the hotel is in a lovely residential neighbourhood. We were able to park our car in front to unload our luggage without feeling rushed. Only a few blocks away, there is ample free parking as well as a bus stop. We parked our car and hopped on a bus that took us to the cathedral and all of the main tourist sites on our list. Because we were there during Easter Week, the hotel and city were very busy. The staff person who checked us in was efficient and professional but wasn't especially friendly. However, we were grateful that she spoke English and we were able to get a city map and answers to our most pressing questions. Our room was nicely furnished, the bed and pillows comfortable and and although our room looked onto the internal courtyard, it was quiet. It seems to be a hotel favored by business travellers but we would recommmend it to all travellers.

Very good 4 star hotel. From check in to check out. All staff superb. Rooms cleaned promptly. Buffet breakfast had everything you could want. Cocktail bar with excellent staff and very reasonable prices. Hotel about 35 mins walk from centre but the 3 bus just round the corner and very frequent. Would be worth buying a tourist 3 day bus card ( I didn't foolishly !!) Grounds good with places to sunbathe and nice looking pool but wasn't open. The weather wasn't warm enough so not an issue. Would highly recommend.

Bus cost 1.40 euros and 5.50 euros in a taxi to the centre of seville. Excellent pool was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds the bedroom was superb with excellent breakfast. we went for a week and had a day out to the Rhonda Valley and a seaside resort called chipiona a lovely sea Bree.ze

large, clean, somewhat dated hotel with slightly indifferenet staff”
The hotel is very large, the high atrium is quite striking, breakfast plentiful and nice, but some of the building facades look worn and tired, our room was looking quite old /dates, lots of concrete and exposed pipes in sight in the hotel building. On our arrival, we were asked to pay immediately(!), our little son needed to go have a pooh-pooh urgently so the hotel charged the credit card that we used to make the reservation via agoda but charged us more than £ 23 for a foreign transaction: Come on, the hotel should have waited to only charge us during our departure, at check-out, which is the normal procedure for other hotels!!! We were not happy about that. The hotel is also quite far from the Seville centre.

this hotel is a good place to relax. it has everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel - good facilities, nice swimming pool, proffecional service, very clean and comfortable rooms. i would definitely recommend it if you travel by car - you can park for free just outside the hotel and it takes 5 minutes to get to the city centre. it is too far to walk though.

great location. And the cheap price of the room made us stay 2 extra nights. Love the city. 20 min walk from the park that leads into all the attractions. If you're coming to watch la liga, the hotel is literally around the corner from real Betis. Would definitely stay here again!
