We wanted to find the most convenient hotel in Seattle for my wife to attend the Mariner’s game and not overdue her restricted walking abilities. The Silver Cloud was the best answer for us. Thank you for making our experience so fulfilling.

Great location for Safeco!”
Our first room smelled of smoke after I said no smoking room. They switched us. I attended Foo Fighters concert on 9/1 so I had to walk across the street, which was awesome. We also got to watch Zac Brown band the night before from the roof. However, the concierge or front desk person told my mom that the Seattle airport was so crazy and so confusing so we should go 3-4 hours before our flight, so instead of using the room we paid for, we checked out at 12:30 am after the concert and went to the airport because our flight boarded at 4:30 am. We arrived at the airport and it was empty. It was empty until we got on our plane. I am furious at the concierge or front desk person who told my mother that and freaked her out so much that we didn’t get to sleep in a room we paid a lot of money for.

Very large clean room with plenty of towels in spotless bathroom. Near to stadiums which even though there was a game the night we stayed it did not worry us. Staff friendly at checkin and shuttle was great from cruise terminal only had to ring hotel and they were there in no time. Plenty choice of eating places within walking distances.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff”
The staff were all very friendly. We greatly appreciated that the front desk accommodated our request for a quiet room. Our room faced the interior of the hotel with a window overlooking a large fountain. The noise from the fountain sounded just like a noise machine. My young daughter and I are usually very light sleepers. I didn’t hear any other hotel doors closing in the hall or people talking. We got a great night of sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. Thank you!

Booked hotel through Agoda. Price was supposed to be $229.00 Canadian. or roughly $169.00 US. Have the printout. Hotel said they had to put a hold on $428.70 US at the time of checking in, or $597.74 Canadian. At check out the said they had to charge me $329.77 US, or roughly $445.00 Canadian. My bill when leaving read $329.77 US. When I returned home and checked my account, they billed me $428.70 US or $597.74 Canadian. Here I go trying to get my money back. WOW...........

On June 17th @ 05:31 ICT, I received an email confirming my price for the night was $259.00 confirmed. When I arrived at the Hotel, I could not find the email on my phone. I was being charged much more. One of the Attendants gave me a discount of $299.00. I accepted the new rate because I couldn't find the correct email with the confirmed price. I immediately found the email when I got home on my computer. If you would retrieve the email, you will see that I was charged incorrectly.

I traveled with my 16 year old son. He planned the entire trip. We both enjoyed our 3 day stay. We had a beautiful corner view of both Stadiums. Staff was friendly and polite.

Great amenities edge of Seattle”
Great things would be that there’s a shuttle to bring you into town and they are very coordinated and happy to help. Amenities at the place are good, terrace at the top awesome with a hot tub and a pool. Location is OK, on the edge of town and not really walkable to a lot but again you can hop in a shuttle and go right into downtown in a few minutes

Poo on my sheets”
When I went to get into bed on Sunday night there was poo stains on my sheets. I called down to the front desk and was bought up sheets and just handed them for me to change the bed myself. No apology. No anything. Absolutely disgusted with the service here.

Very nice room. Very expensive stay but we opted in for the convenience of being next to T-Mobile Park due to husband's limited walking ability. They advertise breakfast lunch and dinner in adjoining restaurant but only open for dinner. No room service. No breakfast included in price. Valet parking very expensive and is additional $ if you choose to use it and you have no access to your car until departure. Lovely outdoor warm pool and spa on rooftop if you have time; was still open at the time of our stay Oct 2. We were able to check in early which was great but not a guarantee. Lobby is nice but no restrooms. Only 2 elevators for this 9 story building.
