we had an exceptional stay at Simaisma Murwab Resort. i highly recommend this place, worth every penny. FIVE stars for Ashraf who assisted us all throughout our stay. His hospitality and service was beyond expectation, and made sure our staycation was enjoyable and worry free. Surely, we will come back again. It is not only about the place (resort) but more importantly the people working here that makes people come back.

Great facilities and location”
Very good location Beach side gazebos are super! Sea has very low tide in the daytime which is a shame but no one can do anything about it! Swimming pools when they are working will be great addition. Rest has tasty food. Staff are very helpful. Particularly a guy called Richard who was at the desk overnight was extremely helpful, thank you Richard!

Place is nice . Clean and organized but the food is horrible. Unfortunately, Food quality sucks I tried food in different places inside the resorts they all all same quality ! If you wish to go .. do not try their food unless you wanna risk your health . I suffered food poisoning after I had the breakfast at the resort!! I am serious . Horrible experience. But the place is nice !

We enjoyed our stay, the villa is really big and nice, its exceeded out expectations. The staff are very accommodating. But they have few choices in buffet. I spent a weekend their with my husband and kids and it was a good weekend, the villa was huge and very clean and well equipped (though the water kettler had a bad smell but definitely from other guests who used it for other thing than water heating) the pool is huge and kids do really have fun! the safeguards are every where willing to help and they provide towels in a speedy way. the reception team are great also! the food is just awesome!!! the chef (Tunisian ) is very professional and accessible in case you have any diet restriction questions. the waiters are also very professional to mention one that I remember his name Raja, is very helpful and professional. Thank you for the great experience.

Hospitality is a disaster. Behaviour of the staffs especially those in the pool area ( pool guards) were very aggressive . It was like no body was there to supervise them. Bath towels were not available in the evening as well as in the next day morning near pool. When we asked the staffs near the pool about this , they told us to wait 5-10 min. But when i told him yesterday also no towels available, he relied me “ so what shall i do for that”. Is that the way to reply. I think there is no one to control them or supervise them.. don’t know how to behave to the guests..? Such an unpleasing staffs..

Very impolite receptionist. I felt in prison administration. ”
Receptionist was very umpleasant, manager as well. No hot water in the villa. Technician had to stay with us 3 hours to fix but in vain. We finally moved to another villa, this time TV did not work. Same technician came back and fixed it. Many other issues spolied our stay, no hair dryer, broken furniture, broken bathroom tape, dirty kitchen. The diner was the only good thing we had. If you want to spend a relaxing moment this is not the right place.
