central location: painful reception”
There are many flats available around this price in London, and I can see little reason to choose this one. Before you book, read the small print. The check-in is at an offsite location, a good 20 minutes walk away from the flat, which really detracts from the convenience you expect when choosing a location near the train station. You are also required to pay a security deposit even if you have paid for the flat in advance,. And, unlike a hotel, the £150 is actually taken out of your account and then refunded 3-4 working days after check-out. What is perhaps worse, the staff are rude and patronising, treating you like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The flat itself is perfectly fine, essentially clean, besides the hair in the sink, with a nice view and a kettle (but no tea). We were on the 13th floor, but it was still noisy due to being off the back of Pentonville Road, an unpleasant part of King's Cross at night. On the positive side, it was very close to public transport of all types. Overall, however, with the odd security deposit procedure, unpleasantness of staff and lack of an offsite reception, I would not go back.

The apartment has nice view of London and very close to King Cross. The problem is you need to go to their office which take around 10 mins in taxi (£9) to collect the key. Generally nice, clean and spaces for 4 people to share but they only have 1 toilet.

Awful! I felt like cheating.”
Awful. Won't stay here anymore! Charge me 35 pounds, because asked their staff bring the key! When I arrived there , they told me office is different address and told me I should go to their office to pick up the key! But they didn't mention in email. Only show on the document with small tiny words which I believe no one can see it! I felt like cheating when I gave money to their staff and looking at his smell face. Bad attitude!!

Great service apartment”
I'd stayed for 4 nights with my friends in new year seson, I was totally satisfied with that! in the apt, it seemed to run the central heating system, so we enjoyed the night in T-shirt, and in the kitchen enough of kitchen tools were equipped. From the window, we could see the firewall countdown to the river side, it was quite an amazing. Finally the front staff was kind to us!

Unfortunately there was a mix up with our apartment. Our room was given to someone else before we arrived. The security guards did their best to find another place for you. Mistakes like this happen and it's fine as long as we get reimbursed for having to wait in the middle of the night, getting an inferior room and having only one bed instead of 2 I've paid for.
