First of all the hotel is not very far from subway and easy access to the airport. The hotel is very clean and helpful staff, the room is quite small for 2 people but the facilities in the room is full option. If I have a chance to visit fukuoka, this hotel will be my first priority for choosing.

Hotel is just a 3mins walk from Gion station. Nearer to Aeon Max Value and Canal City. The room is small in size. Bed is too small for 2 pax but managable. Overall, I had a good stay in this hotel.

The location is just next to the Beppu Station. The hotel building looks old but the room is clean.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants”
The hotel is easy to find on a one way street, with lots of coin parking nearby as well as at the hotel (only 7 spaces so need to reserve in advance for 1300Yen/24 hours). It is close to a mega shopping mall called Canal City, and a 10mins walk to the canal night market where you can eat with the locals in super small and tightly-spaced stalls. Not recommended after a shopping trip as there’s nowhere to put your bags! Best of all, some the staff at the hotel spoke great English! Hard to find in Japan!

Location was great near 2 train stations (Gion Station : 5 minutes / Hakata Station : 15 minutes) and close to Canal City shopping centre. Room was comfortable and staffs were nice.

Hotel is very near to Hakata, and it is at the center, nearby Tenjin too. Very near to the subway train station, just 5 minutes walking distance. About less than 15 minutes train ride to the Fukuoka Airport. The staff is friendly and polite. However, the room and bathroom is very small, because we have 2 big luggages. But it is okay , what you pay for, is what you get. Their free Drip-coffee sachet is super good though, i love it . Cleanliness needs to be improved, we found a men's big shoebox below the table, which i think was left behind by the previous guest. Carpet is kinda dusty too, when we check-in. Housekeeping did clear our trash and change our bedsheets etc. Overall, for the price , i think it's alright to stay here , if you are not too fussy guest.
