Facilities were clean and staff we're accommodating. The reason why we chose this accommodation was because it was near the venue where we attended a wedding reception. The only thing I wished they improved on was that the room had no place to hang your clothes and there was no hair dryer.

Their policies are not customer friendly. They charge everything such as early check-in (500) Food is not that good and expensive. Staff has access to your room and they go inside without your permission.

This is also indicated in our lisiting and you can view it before you pay: “Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee.” We are not allowed to go inside your room/s unless you requested for a room make up. Just to set everyone's expectations, its a motel. Seems new and room was clean. Staff were helpful. Food was good. Bad/no internet. Smart signal was unreliable and their wifi did not work. My wife was not able to work and caused us a lot of stress. Place is a bit far from San Fernando town proper and bringing your own car is recommended. the place was packed with Ironman participants so the motel set up was actually a blessing in disguise as we were able to chat with other riders. The other benefit to the motel set up is we know how much we will be paying foe additional hours when the event we were in ran longer than expected.

There is no internet access here. No LTE signal as well. No phone signal for globe and smart. There were no assistance provided by the motel. It is also not clean and they do not provide you with housekeeping services. Food is also not good. I don't have anything good to say. My experience is just so unpleasant. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this place.

Stayed overnight and left the following day. I was originally booked for 5 nights but after my experience on the first night I decided to look for hotel. Dark water is coming out from the shower, water heater is not working. They didn't bother to offer me a new room to stay. I guess they got my money and they don't care to refund the remaining 3 days. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
