We loved our stay here!! The pods were so cosy and the bed mega comfy!!! The best nights sleep we had both had in a Long time. The pods and facilities were clean And well equipped with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend if your looking For somewhere to Stay for a few days Whilst Sight-seeing!

Fabulous property. Well maintained. Greenhouse shower was amazing!!! Beds were the comfiest have ever slept in! Attention to detail was excellent.

Host were exceptionally thoughtful and have considered every thing to make your stay peaceful and totally away from the madding crowd . the candles and log burner were blissful . The communal areas are genus although you still have your own bbq/picnic area amongst the trees if you prefer solitude .

The compost toilets take a bit of getting used to but are absolutely essential to maintain the eco friendly ethos of the property .

Very nice set-up. Lovely house and a super relaxed place. Definitely recommended. Provided you like eco.

A really alternative experience and one we will always remember!

Such attention to detail made sure we didn't go without unnecessarily. Every possible need had been thought of, and an environmentally friendly solution provided. The hosts were very helpful and responsive and really go the extra mile. The greenhouse shower was spectacular and once a fire was going the cabin very cosy. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the Island and provide a book packed with reccomendations and local knowledge. They also helped me with a personal touch to make our very special trip more memorable.

I personally didn't check the location and we found ourselves quite far away from some of the more breathtaking scenery that Skye had to offer. I also didn't realise how off grid the site is and wasn't prepared with sufficient charge on my phones, which would have been fine were they not our only source of time (we arrived on the night the clocks changed) and our cameras. I may have missed this detail in booking but it would have been useful for this to have been made clearer so that we could have arrived better prepared for our first day on the island. Rechargeable alarm clocks may be a useful addition to rooms for those of us not used to early mornings but who want to make the most of this magical place. Be aware, eco really means eco. Although I personally had no problem with this, the composting toilet may not be to everyone's preference.

Site is fantastic there’s no light pollution at all at night and I’ve never seen so many stars in the sky it was incredible. Lots to do and see locally. Owners have gone to great lengths to make the sight beautiful and sustainable.

The shower!! The fire took a bit of getting used to but it was great once I figured it out! Enjoyed the tranquility of the location and no light pollution to appreciate the night sky!

Not being able to stay awake to add wood to the fire. Got a bit chilly through the night but there were plenty of blankets and water bottles provided.

The entire experience was incredible. What Scott and Nadia have created is truly exceptional. The cabins were cosy with the log burners, the beds were so comfy.. we struggled to get up both mornings. The best part however has to be the shower. It has to be by far the best shower I've ever had. Already looking at booking again! If you want somewhere peaceful to just switch off and enjoy nature again then Eco Bells is the perfect place.

Nothing wrong with the place

Wonderful hosts Scott and Nadia who are very knowledgeable about the Isle of Skye. No WiFi and mobile reception made it much more pleasant to disconnect from devices and be in the moment. The shower was excellent. You can easily get anywhere on the island from Skye Eco Bells. All round, a five star experience.

The cabin we stayed in was gorgeous, the wood burning stove made the room beyond cosy, we were snug as bugs in rugs! Lots of thoughtful touches like hot water bottles, extra blankets and candles, a very well stocked kitchen and THE MOST GORGEOUS warm greenhouse shower to get clean in after a dip at Coral Beach round the corner!

The whole place was delightful, I can't fault any of it. Just bring extra warm jumpers and coats for the nighttime outdoor scurry to the loo.

Eco Bells was such an amazing experience. We booked quite a few months ago and Nadia and Scott were responsive and friendly from the start. Our cabin was just wonderful, so cosy and cute with lots of extra blankets to keep you warm. We were also allowed to bring our dog and Marley loved it. For us it was just the full package, the location was stunning with such a beautiful drive and was easy to find. The site itself had been well thought out, from communal eating and cooking areas, an environmentally friendly toilet, plenty of space between Cabins, to the most fantastic shower!! I have to say the shower was probably my favourite thing. Scott and Nadia have obviously put a lot of love into creating Skye Eco Bells, if you are looking to totally unwind and do something different to the usual hotel stay please don't hesitate to book here, you won't regret it.

Being off grid. Bed was amazing. Very cosy. Owner greeted us on arrival, explained everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The hut was really comfy, bed was lovely and lots of extra blankets etc. Wood burner was a great edition which really added to the cosy atmosphere. Toilets were surprisingly pleasant.

For a vacation stay there are quite a lot of rules, which we found didnt allow us to fully unwind. Although "pet friendly" there are a lot of restrictions added to this i.e. dog always needing to be onlead, dogs not allowed on any furniture or blankets etc - in a cold fairly dark hut this is a little difficuly. To then add a £10 charge, we found this a little unreasonable.
