I asked the guard how to get a tricycle from the hotel as I'm going to Bohol Bee Farm. He offered to get a tricycle for me. However, it took him a little long to come back and when we got out of the hotel, he said the fare is 500pesos (he said that whispering. weird). I already knew that it only cost 200 to get to the bee farm, but I am not in the mood to argue. This is sad as he allow their guest to get ripped off. I have to work at night and so I ordered a coffee, they delivered a warm coffee, not hot! The girl who delivered knew it was not hot as she informed me about it as soon as she entered the room, but they they still served it to me and just offered to add a hot water. I agreed thinking it would help but it didnt. tsk. I requested for a seaport transfer at 8 am. I got a call from the front desk 10mins before 8am and she asked if im ready to leave as they still have to fetch someone from the airport. Wrong choice of words. Not polite at all. Room is okay, wifi is good.

We stayed at this Hotel to break up our journey from Cebu to Alona Beach and to explore Tagbilaran. So glad we did! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant served some of the best food we have tried so far in the Philippines. During our stay we were able to get around using the local tricycles for around 60p to visit places like ICM, the Old Airport Night Markets and bargain stores like Unitop and getting to our final destination, Alona Beach was not difficult, using a hire car for around 750p.

Staying a night with my 2kids, parents and sister. I paid the family room they are big and so spacious and so clean has 2 air condition which is so nice and cold inside the room. This would be near in the old airport but since has new airport and move to panglao they have a shuttle that can pick up and drop off at the airport. I give this 5 star worth your money and stay! They have a nice restaurant too the food is delicious😍

I crossed paths with the hotel manager at the Island Mall and he knew my name and greeted me with a pleasant conversation like we were old friends. Rooms are clean, location is good and there is plenty of parking if you have your own vehicle. They also have terminal transportation - just make sure you let them know - I have already book my next stays with them!

I forgot to ask the name of the front desk officer but, Sir, thank you so much. You made our stay very pleasant. You even guided us which way to our destination and how much is the local fare, most esp on the day of our check out. I was in hurry to BQ to buy Peanut Kisses but the good gentleman (front desk officer) told me to go to the factory. I save a lot. Thank you again Sir. And to the rest of the hotel staff including those in the resto..you were all very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended to everyone. 717 Cesar Palace is AWESOME!

Much more than I expected.”
At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel .My friend who is based in Bohol didn't know that this hotel exists in the first place. I chose this one because it's close to Tagbilaran port and it's located along a highway. The hotel is a great place! From the food at the restaurant which are reasonably priced and very delicious, to the staffs who are very welcoming and always courteous. Thanks 717 Cesar Place Hotel for giving us a worry-free and very relaxing stay. See you again soonest!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast is great and reasonably-portioned, Wi-fi is strong and consistent,and the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and just right for a budget hotel. The only cons I saw were that the location of the air conditioning unit is right next to one of the beds (we booked into a Family Room Deluxe type) and it's a window-type so the AC is a bit noisy; there are no water dispensers to refill your water bottles with (you have to order your additional bottles of water if you needed more, but this is not really a con per se); and that the front door has no peephole to see who is outside the hotel room in case someone comes over. Over-all, our stay has been great, and worth the price.

Pros: free pick up from bus terminal, staff were friendly and accommodating, they had our bfast packed since we had an early flight but they offer ala carte or buffet breakfast for free depending on the volume of guest they have. Easy access to transportation if you want to go to the mall. Cons: far from the airport, they offer airport transfer but at 800php, need to pay 500 for car or 300 for trike to get to the aiport (not hotel service)

We booked a Family Room this Sept 2 to 4, 2019. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room is cozy and clean. We had a very smooth stay in their place. We also loved the resto on the ground floor. The foods would satisfy your taste buds without breaking your wallet. Although I hope they'd put a swimming pool in their place because there's nothing mucb you can do when you're around the area already. Overall, we loved our stay there. Thanks!😘

Great Place to Stay When Doing Business Travel Within the City”
Location is great if your travel is short and if the purpose of this trip is doing business within the inner city. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Very clean and safe environment. Pricewise, it's reasonable. Photos online are a current representation of it's current condition! The only thing I wish they had is a swimming pool to relax after a busy day running around town with appointments and etcetera. At it's current condition, I will certainly recommend this place to a business associate/traveler, if you don't care about water features.

Pleasant hotel. Staff were very friendly. They have a free shuttle to Dau bus terminal and Seaport. Food was good. Only con is that they dont serve hot water once the restaurant is closed from 10pm to 6am. Other than that we had a great stay!
