Great location, reasonable price”
I have stayed at the Abion Spreebogen a few times now, and each time, I have really enjoyed my stay. The location is fantastic--right on the river with gorgeous views and on one of the best "venues" for a long walk, close to several bus- and train lines, quiet yet central. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms clean and big enough, the many windows help brighten up the room even on a grey Berlin days. The hotel has a very 2000s kind of atmosphere, the facilities (gym, restaurant) are very good. Will return whenever I can. Also, they seem to offer very good deals well ahead of time--check their prices at least a couple of months in advance, and you may get a great deal.

An excellent Hotel. All staff were friendly and most helpful. The weather was exceptionally hot and every effort was made to make guests more comfortable. Iced water was provided in the lobby at all times and I was supplied with a room fan even though there was air conditioning throughout. This is a very well run Hotel and I recommend it to anyone considering a stay here. Thanks.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Whilst not in the centre of Berlin it is only a few stops on the S Bahn to all the places we wanted to visit & it was great to be somewhere quieter overlooking the river. Breakfast is fantastic though you need to be quite early at the weekends to get a table. A small con (and really very small) - Lovely coffee machine in the room but no way of getting hot water. Not everyone drinks coffee

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Convenient location close to S and U bahn. only 2 stations away from the Zoo area. Beautiful week thought breakfast buffet and good value. comfy bed and good gym and sauna facilities. only 15 minutes away from Tegel airport. Nothing missing for the business traveler. not much around the area as it is a residential.

Very nice hotel. The decor is modern amd cozy. Breakfast was delicious. All of the staff from the front to the back were excellent, welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Only knock is the parking garage but the staff made up for that ten fold. Would love to come back and stay for a month, at least.

the location is perfect, next to the metro and trains, and its super quiet during the day. we found that the nearest supermarket just 5 mins walk, and there is a bio-supermarket next to the hotel. while the buffet is quite expensive. i love the room. its fantastic.

It's a good hotel situatd directly at the River Spree and so there is a nice view from the rooms. The staff is friendly and dogs are welcome. Only bad thing is that dogs are not allowed to be in the restaurant, that's why I cannot say anything about it.

The hotel is very well located in a very quite and beautiful area. Transport is about 8 minutes away from the hotel. We had a room with a beautiful view on the spree. Great staff who were friendly. The only eventual drawback was the bathroom seemed a bit unfinished, unpolished with sometimes quick fixes. But other than that I would come back and recommend.

The sunset view (high floor, facing West) was definitely compensating for the previous night (under a different booking) where our room had no view. Service at the front desk is good. The area is quiet, with the large Tiergarten park on the other side of the river. There's a small grocery shop next door and a few restaurants nearby. Both U-bahn and S-bahn are at walking distance.

The whole interior is very hip and gave a warm feeling. The breakfast is very decent as well. Room feels spacious. Make sure you're not booked in room 102 as it has no view other than a large roof and the air duct of the restaurant. I think this room should be labelled differently and not standard room like other rooms on higher floors.

Christian on reception was really helpful and make check in quick and easy. Facilities were great. It was a 5 minute walk to the TXL bus route direct from TXL airport and into city centre (Alexanderplaz). Also S line Belluvue and U Turnmstr, all in walking distance. My ONLY negative was a lack of toiletries in the bathroom.
