A little wear and tear but overall great value for money at a perfect location”
I booked an ocean room literally last minute - while standing outside the hotel - and was then welcomed by a very friendly staff member. The room was clean and while on the smaller side, made very good use of the space. The bathtub with ocean view is great and my one-night stay was very pleasant. Only minus point: the front desk isn't always staffed and the touch display allowing people to check in and out seemed a bit faulty. Side note: they could offer a better selection of TV channels but I didn't mind.

Best Bang for your Buck!”
I live on Jeju and frequent this hotel often. It is a phenomenal location and a comfortable stay. I recommend the rooms with the bathtub looking out over the sea! ProTip: just off the lobby is a table area that offers free beer to guests (not in times of covid) from 6-10pm. A nice touch!

Opposite the Beach”
The hotel is opposite the beach, has a decent room (balcony is full of rust for every furniture + floor is full of sand and dust). Convenient store is 24 hours at the lobby of the hotel, I would give it a 5 star for its strategic location whereby you can basically park your car and walk to everything you will need with the nearby shops. Moreover, you can enjoy picnic by the beach at the night right outside of your hotel across the street. Worth the money for the place.

I stay here at least 3 times a year. Solid place. It is nothing fancy, but it is damn comfortable. Generally clean. Negative: this is the 2nd time I've stayed where I requested late checkout and the cleaning staff came banging on my door very early and rude. I was definitely not happy this 2nd time. Protip: get a room with a bathtub and ocean view. Fantastic! Protip 2: during the season there is a special of all you can drink draft beer from 6~10pm. Nice touch.

Budget Lavishness”
I got a room with a king-sized bed, a bath and terrace facing the beach. It was quite magical. Pretty much most of what you need is there. I suggest you get a rental car, as other modes of transport aren't THAT convenient. Anyway, it provided for everything we wanted and nothing was found particularly lacking. There is a convenience store in the lobby - 24 hours - if you needed anything desperately. Some people might find the room a little narrow, but it was completely fine for us. It felt like we were in an expensive place, but it honestly didn't cost all that much. Very satisfied. If we go to Jeju again, will definitely stay here.

Good location with great view. ”
It’s right in front of the ocean n rooms have balcony so it’s great to enjoy the view. The hotel is at the corner of the street so is quiet n not busy. And there is GS 25 in the building n there are lots of restaurants near there. But a only thing that I wasn’t satisfy is cleanness. The hotel looks little old and bathroom n balcony are not clean enough. I also found hair on the bed when I just checked in. Hope they get better.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The view is amazing. The staff friendly. The location perfect. Can't beat taking a bath whilst looking out over the beautiful blue waters of Jeju.

It was affordable and quiet. Location was by the water. Next time a room by the water would be better. One downside is no food is allowed in the rooms. It keeps it from smelling bad, but not alot of places to eat in the area.

1. Suggest to provide umbrella for customers to borrow during the stay. 2. A bit unsatisfying by no refill of 'Tea Bags' during my 3 nights stay. 3. We found that no all the rubbish are cleared in the room after we came back at night which was placing in the top shelf of the small pantry.

In a small town at NE of Jeju, convenient to shop around, clean, free beer during promotion period. Breakfast is included but it was a package meal, don't taste nice.

Best location”
If you're looking to have an easy, laid-back vacay on the beach, this is the best location, right at the front of the beach but to the quiet side of the Main Street. Location is everything. Definitely try to explore the whole area to the other end of the beach and streets - since it is more vibey there. But this side is perfect for night time and rest. Feels safe. Service is non-existent after you check-in since there is only one person at front desk, only at certain times. They clean your room daily, which is not bad. Not sure how clean the toilet was cleaned though, and the sand on top of the table tops remain, but I think staff is careful not to touch your personal belongings, so that's fine. Noise buffering is not great - could hear the noise of the crying and screaming children next door, but upon dialing 0 to reception, they tried to help. Convenience of shops, eateries, restaurants, convenient store downstairs makes things easy. You have to call your own cab to the airport - but that's also quite quick and easy. Try the local call taxi number. It's not worth taking the airport bus that takes nearly 2 hours. Rather take a cab for 30~40 min. drive.
