Booked 2 nights at this hotel and it was great. Here are the pros and cons. PROS - very cheap and worth it. - room is big with cabinet, tv, towels, free toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and soap - place is clean and quiet - they offer breakfast for 100 pesos (typical filipino bfast) - very friendly staff - good neighborhood and it feels safe - there's one nearby local eatery - one tricycle ride away to eating places or center of tagbilaran CONS - location is not really at the center of tagbilaran - cr is a bit small with no trashcan tho there is one inside the room itself but would be better if there's also one in the bathroom - no free change of bedsheets on the 2nd day of our stay - as of the time of our stay, no security guard. Might not really an issue for some since for me the neighborhood is I think safe but it would be a relief to have a 24/7 security guard The cons are mostly personal preference but overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended!!

Cozy Place”
The ambiance is good with accomodating staff. There is a nearby food park where we ate our dinner. The only issue that we have is that hot and cold shower is not working also tv cable is not that clear but overall I love this place.

There’s a big crack in the door”
The hotel is new, staff is okay. The room is decent for the amount I payed but when we’re inside the room we realise people can see us from hallway since there’s a big crack in between the door and door frame.

My partner was sick during our travel and the inn was nice enough to accommodate us earlier than their usual checkin time. I appreciate that. The place was a bit far from the center. And google map made us waste some time finding the exact location. The name of the in is AM's Apartelle.

Pros: - Helpful staff - Good aircon - Hot shower - Affordable private room - Quiet peaceful nights sleep Cons: - Lots of street dogs - Quite far from town and trikes route - Small space - The bathroom window needs a curtain ASAP as anyone in the corridor can see you showering. Room 8 be warned

Nice and Friendly Place”
If you're from the Tagbilaran Port, ride a tricycle and tell the driver that you'll be dropping off at dampas (you could tell them that it's the pass by the Dampas Barangay Hall (it would be easier if you'll use your google map). Then on your left, look for a redDoorz sign by the road and stop there. If you'll see a big house with a bed and breakfast sign, that's the place. The ride only cost us 35 pesos. The place was really beautiful, the staff in the reception area is really sweet. It is nice and affordable. Worth the money.

i have suit room with queen size bed how the blanket only provided with thin single size banket i hope the owner could change to the big size blanket atlease will good for the couple .and the CR no mirror too with no hook to hand up the clothes when doing shower .and suit no boiler too .no cup any thing .

Highly Recommended”
At first we were hesitant to book the room because the price seems too good to be true..but to our surprise its much more than we have expected. Spacious room, toiletries, spotlessly clean linens, bottled water, refrigerator, good ac and good wifi for just a bit over Php500.00? Just wow. Will definietly come back. We did enjoy and appreciate our stay.

The situation is perfect if you rent a motorbike. It's pretty accessible. Plus the staff was really nice and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I'm back in Bohol.

All in! It was great!”
The room were good enough for 2 person, its just that there is no heater. I payed 1600 peso for 3 nights already place is near the Mall and the terminal. It was great to stay here and the breakfast was delicious! We order Shanghai Rice and egg worth 100 peso but it also comes with bottled water and coffee.🤟🏻 Everything was great!❤️
