The room is big and the rooms facing on the back side have a good view and direct sunlight coming in room which feels good in winters. There is no complimentary drinking water provided, the WiFi is very bad and breakfast does not have choice and limited.

Shocking Hotel (please don't be fooled)”
This hotel is no where near 4 star standards. We had a completely different room to what was advertised on the agoda website along with many misleading information. The pool is 22 euro extra per day Gym is 12 euro extra per day Broken sockets Light switches Limited lighting Breakfast was unbearable One thing I will give 4 star to is the hotel lobby which was of good standards but the rest needs servere improvement

If you wanna enjoy nice holidays, please DON´T go to this hotel. I can´t find anything positive there. They write, that they has pool in the hotel, but nowhere is written, that it is paid. 15 Eur pro person - so it was 30 Eur per day, which is deffinitely not a low ammount. But what suppriced me - for the hotel guests is pool even more expencive than for public. At first they asked us for 10 Euro per person, and then when we said, we are from hotel, they charged us 15!! Pool is small and you have to wear swimming cap?!? Is that normal?? They also have unfriendly staff! Very poor breakfast without veggies or fruit. And of course 12 Eur citytax per day (which is btw. also not writen anywere) .

Receptionist was not friendly ”
Very rude receptionist that met us first night. And was not helping at all she hanged up the phone on me while I was asking for info saying I am busy and have Client!! Room was very cold, no heating system at the time I visited. No kettle, No iron. No safe in the room. Phone was not working I had to go physically to reception if I need anything. Until they fixed it after few hours. However, met a manager called John in the second night, he was very welcoming and helpful changed my room and made everything perfect. Housekeeping staff specially Shaimaa was very friendly. Breakfast was average. Yousef at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. Location is far from Rome city center. But relaxing and quite Request a room at the renovated section is better.

It was overall a good hotel but really shocked that we weren't informed that our booking had been changed to a different hotel till we got there! we only booked this hotel as we were starting a coach tour the next day 7am and we came straight from the airport to the hotel in the late afternoon to check in (after a 25 hr flight) and found out that our section of rooms in the hotel had a plumbing issue and they had moved our booking to a hotel in termini which was 20 mins away!!! I agree hotels can have issues but I deserved to know earlier (jsut a simple email or text)that my booking had been changed to a different hotel so far from this one-the hotel in termini was also shocking-rooms were so tiny it was a shoe box so not great at all- because I had to get up early to the LH for the start of the tour 7am I had to pay myself for a taxi, find my own breakfast becasue I was missing breakfast from the termini hotel given it was too early -pay for my own breakfast-none of this would hve happened if I was informed earlier becasue then I would have canceled the booking at LH roma and booked another hotel nearby to LH montemario so that the next day am was not going to be so chaotic with early am,jet lag,hunt for brekfast, hunt for taxis.,pay 25 euros out of my own pocket for taxis. Im glad they did pay for one way to get to termini hotel but it was a shit hotel so wasn't happy.-I think they should atleast give a voucher or put in a hotel of same level not a shit one that was available last minutelWe did come as a part of the tour later on to the LH montemario hotel and we liked it,would recommend guests to still stay there - just really need to improve communication!!!

Superior double room at the 2nd floor was spacious and clean, with a dressing table. No kettle or free tea/coffee. Shower sliding door was damaged. Location is bad - it's far from all the attractions; but there are nearby (about 5-10-min. walk) bus stops. Breakfast had limited options.

Location is good as we had to stay close to Gemeli. The rooms had an unpleasant odour which never went. The blower was off initially so we thought that it’s because of blower not running. It was started later after we requested the reception but did not help. The drains for washbasin and bath tub were almost chocked.

A clean budget hotel. My room did not have a chair to seat on if you wanted to work at the counter/desk, The wi-fi was intermittent and keep on dropping off. The A/C did not work. Also, there were no towel hooks or bars to hang your towels in the bathroom. Location is a bit far from central Rome if you are doing the attraction.

The hotel is beautiful with plenty of scenic views. If you're high up, you can even see how the hotel overlooks the city! There is a large patio area to sit and relax, enough for privacy so that other's aren't eavesdropping. I'm unsure why the hotel is getting dinged by others about it's location; it isn't advertised as being in the center. If you book and choose not to look at a map to determine the location, that is your problem. Expect a 30-45min bus ride from Termini Station though. The 913 bus gets you *almost* everywhere. The M&G Restaurant had great food as well but we didn't like the shrimp pasta. The pizza, pasta, chicken was amazing as they have a true wood fired oven. Menu is a la carte, so better to mix chicken and pastas and share. Reasonably priced and the owner was one of the most pleasant people we encountered. PROS: Atmosphere, scenic views, plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance, helpful staff CONS: Very loud rooms - housekeeping starts early

Big hotel in the classical roman school building with new stylish design, nice park with 🐠 & 🐢 ... There is sport centre, but clients of hotel not welcome there, because fitness and swimmingpool is only for membership clients 😐 so we can't go to sauna and no spa for us... Well, there is enough space to walk around, but no time, cuz need to rush for signseeing of Rome. Breakfast with lots of pastry, all you need to eat and feel full completely. On the bus you can reach Vatican for 30 min, bus stop nearby 5-10. Good restaurant in hotel with lovely pizza, the rest is expensive. Tourist tax 🤑 is 6 Euro per person/night, so pay lots of cash in the end...😢 well it's great eternal city!

The hotel was our last stop before heading back home to Singapore so a day of R&R by the pool however the room we were first allocated was very small and not at all as described or pictures we saw when we booked, we were also informed we would have to pay a further 15 Euro each to use the pool facilities as they "are not part of the hotel" so why advertise you have a pool? Unfortunately that was enough asked to talk with the manager was given the run around by the receptionist who was quite rude at times finally the Manager did sort things out but only after I caused a scene. Stress none of us need. Poor display all around advertising and staff.
