Goldone hotel was amazing, the view from our room and from the pool was stunning, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I stay at Jeju again I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again!

Incredible hospitality”
The staff at this hotel was incredibly lovely and helpful in all aspects and whenever we needed advice and help. Our flight arrived early in the morning and left late in the evening and the hotel staff were so accommodating in letting us check-in earlier, checking out later and use their pool facilities and shower. Whenever we needed a taxi they happily called one and always made sure the taxi driver knew where to take us. My husband is vegetarian so we also depended on their help in finding places to eat, which can be a challenge, and also there they went the extra mile to call restaurants to verify if they serve vegetarian food and if they are open. The hotel room is generously big with super comfy bed and a beautiful jacuzzi that boasts ocean view! The pool area is also lovely and a great place to relax. Hotel and staff couldn’t have been any better! Thanks so much!!!!

The room was big, nice and clean. The warm outdoor swimming pool opened until 9:30 pm and the spa in the room make it perfect for individual travelers or couple who want to relax. Currently breakfast is served in the room but I didn't order it, so cannot vouch for it.

Room was nice and cozy. There is heated pool and Jacuzzi. Free washer is a plus. Be sure to check out the secret garden for the sea view.

Nice place for families”
Great spot for families with the fun zone and heated pool. Rooms and beds were really nice. A little pretentious with the high end breakfast and restaurant that was always empty. The cafe only opened mid morning and still with the signs in front of the register always looked closed. Staff was mostly fine but not super hospitable, except Alex who went above and beyond with his list of suggested restaurants. Location is great, but you definitely need a car. Overall, would stay again.

Heated pool was a great addition. On one of the nights the pool was not warm enough and we had to ask staff to turn up the heater, otherwise all good. Location is great near to several eateries. Carpark entrance is a bit tricky must be super carful when turning in.

Maintenance lets it down”
When first walking into the hotel it meets a 4-star criteria and the room was well appointed with balcony and spa bath views towards the ocean. Excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel is let down in a number of areas. Firstly, but not significant, 4 out of 5 attempts to get TV channels failed. Eventually, we had to get a technician to come and he rebooted the TV. However, when trying to ring reception to fix the TV, the phone wouldn't work. We staid 2 nights and came home on the first day out and our room had not been cleaned on our return at 2pm. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and it was a quick and basic clean. Next day, again we had to chase to get our room cleaned. The towel edges are frayed and need replacing. When we entered the room after check-in the spa motor was running with no water in the spa. When we tried to use it that night, the jets would not work. After turning the spa on and off a few times the jets started to work, but only a little. After 6 attempts it worked, but then black bits of stuff was pumped into the water. we drained the tub and tried again and again more black bits but not as much. the hotel does not provide milk or creamer for the coffee they provide. The cafe does not open till 11:30am, a 32,000krw cheese platter included 6 slices of 4 different kinds of cheese and was not worth 32,000krw and bacon for breakfast were not eatable. There are a few small restaurants near the hotel but it's a 10-minute 5,000krw taxi ride into the city. On the other hand, the staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. the food and maintenance spoilt what should have been a honeymoon experience for me and my wife

Dear customer, Sorry for your uncomfortable experience in our hotel. We promise to improve our maintenance service. TV and phone was not in service for a few time when you checked in. It is internet service provider fault but we also very sorry for inconvenient situation. Our cafe open at 10:30am but staff doesn't stay all night as staff work in restaurant also. Our front desk staff can call them when there is the order. We also sorry about low quality of some F&B. We usaully had good reputation of F&B quality but had problem of keep the good quality different by staff's individual skill. We will try to keep quality best everytime to every customers. Also spa had moss in your room and we found it before you checked in and cleaned pipe for 4 hours but it still had moss left. We apologize for all the things made you not feel good. We will keep trying to improve our service and facilities untill we get perfect impression from our guest. GoldOne hotel & suites

어머니와 함께 어제, 오늘 이용했습니다. 제가 원래 후기를 안남기는 사람인데 이곳은 꼭 남겨야지 생각이 들었습니다. 일단 결론을 말씀드리자면 저와 저희 어머니 둘 다 만족했습니다! 전체적으로 고급스러운 로비에 한눈에 반했고, 마찬가지로 객실도 럭셔리하게 잘 꾸며져있더라고요! 그리고 객실 퀄리티가 높아요! 일단 오션뷰에, 넓은 크기에, 자쿠지와 발코니까지 구성되어있는곳은 정말 드물것이라 생각해요! 침대도 푹신하고, 욕실도 고급스럽고! 직원분들도 정말 친절하셔요! 고객들에게 최상의 서비스를 제공하시기위해 굉장히 노력 많이하신다는 생각이 들었습니다. 비오는날인데도 수영장 깨끗하게 관리하시기위해 비 맞으시면서 이물질 건져내시더라고요ㄷㄷ 또 진짜 추천드릴만한게 여기서 제공되는 식사에요! 맛집으로 선정될거같다는 생각이 들정도로 음식이 맛있습니다ㅎㅎ 저랑 어머니가 대식가라서 어제 오늘 음식 메뉴를 여러개를 주문했는데 주문한 음식 전부다 맛있는거보니 아마 다른걸 주문했어도 성공했을거라는 생각이 들어요! 제 개인적으로는 새우볶음밥과 블랙 햄버거?(메뉴이름 확실하지않음)가 베스트라고 생각합니다.ㅎㅎ 조식뷔페도 마찬가지로 음식 하나하나 내용물도 튼실하고 맛도 있어요! 재방문의사 100%있습니다ㅎㅎ 이번에는 어머니와 둘이서 왔지만 다음에는 할머니, 할아버지도 모시고 오고싶어요! 제대로 힐링하고 갑니다! 진짜 골드원 호텔 추천드려요!!
