Good Hotel in central location ”

We had a good stay at the Brooklyn, the room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The location was great as we had lots booked in the northern quarter that was a 10 minute walk.

Nice, but not the best for comfort”

Nice and clean. I'm picky for bedding, it's a basic mattress, and noise, it's next to a nightclub and they have Aircon noise issues. Otherwise I appreciated the style and location.

A modern hotel. It has comfortable beds, black out curtains, and a great bathroom. The room and communal areas are well laid out, stylish and classy. Reception and check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. A definite recommendation.

The location is so good for starters. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is so beautiful. For anyone who is a fan of NYC, I'd highly recommend. Everything on our stay was perfect.

Liked the setup. Only thing I disliked was the small step going in to onside, which other half kept tripping over. Also breakfast tasty but lukee warm

Not the worst but after reading the fabulous reviews it was a bit of a let down , I was under the impression that I would think I was in New York, sadly this wasn’t the case, had no oxygen in the room and the food was all just ‘reheated’

Stunning rooms, the restaurant serves a great steak and it’s in a perfect location. Only thing that let it down for me was that we only had one set of towels for two people, other than that it was perfect,

Very hectic as was bank holiday weekend Much calmer having a midweek break but lovely hotel and will definitely be back for a fifth visit soon

Very good hotel for what we paid. It’s decorated beautiful and so on trend. It’s very clean and very welcoming staff. Love the added bonus of them all wearing uniform that incorporates the hotel theme.

Overnight stay 31/10/20”

The hotel is new, clean and great location. We arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check in, our room wasn’t ready. No problem as reception informed us all rooms are ready for 3pm. We ordered a coffee. After waiting 15 minutes their was no sign of the coffees. The coffee order hadn’t been placed. A very apologetic member of staff brought us our coffee and told us they were on the house. 2.55pm a member of staff informed us our room would be ready in a moment. We eventually got to our room at 3.20. Entering the room, the temperature was low. We couldn’t alter the room temperature on the control panel. We rang reception to be told the controls are controlled from downstairs, they changed the temperature from cool to warm. 10 minutes later we had warm air. We left the room at 7.30, returned 10.15 to find heating system was blowing cold air again. After walking 20 minutes through Manchester on the last day of October, we were not impressed to enter a cold room again. We switched the system off, really couldn’t be bothered to phone reception again. Suspect it’s a cost cutting exercise but surely you should be able to control the temperature in your own room... in October

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Warm and welcoming staff, spotless room with amazing amenities, and superb location. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
