Location is good on the main street. New bathroom and very nice breakfast.

Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast served from 8 a.m. what could be a problem if you must leave to the airport earlier.

Conveniently laying just a couple blocks from the beach. Room was small but clean. Could use some updating. Beds were a bit soft (I prefer harder mattresses). Rooms had a small fridge. I really liked our spacious balcony. Breakfast was included and thoughtful. Not a lot of variety. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Location perfect, clean, friendly staff, breakfast, big balcony, overall we had a very nice stay.

We liked everything, just maybe a suggestion, the rooms are quite small, so it is more suitable for a short term stay like ours.

I like their stuffs and nearby bibione beach, only three hotels after the beach. amazing place for the money

The family was very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and I can recommend the hotel to everyone. The breakfast was so nice, on tripadvisor I read bad reviews about it, but I truly can't understand it. We had fresh coffee, musli, bread roll, sweat-roll, yogurt, nutella, jam, milk, honey, cheese, ham and so on. And the experience of sitting on the balcony middle of the wonderful city, 5 min to the beach I will never forget. We also had a fridge in our room, which was a nice surprise. The cleaning lady, cleaned our room, even though we didn't request for it, but anyway, thank you for that, our room was clean and we had fresh towels everyday. I really can't understand why this hotel has only (!) 1 star? :) Thanks for the stay!!

We know, it is hard to change, but the shower middle of the bathroom was a little bit strange. Additionally, the room consisted of old furniture, but hey, we only stayed there for a small siesta and over night :). The cleaning lady was really nice, but on the other hand she cleaned our room without our request which was a little bit strange, because some people want to have their privacy. Additionally, San Marco Ristorante made huge noises after midnight, while cleaning their place, but it's not owner's fault.

Best and hottest shower ever, fastest internet upload speed in any hotel i have ever visited, near by the beach, free parking, good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want ...

Everything: location, breakfast, personal, room, parking place and bonus was sunshade with deckchair on the beach for free.

wi-fi connection was weak, but it can also be taken as an advantage 🙂

The single room is really small, but for 1 or 2 nights it’s okay.

Te location was very good - in the middle of the city center - near the seaside. The breakfasf was enough, and delicious.

The temperature was very cold in the room, at night. And we can not heat with the air condition, because it was under the central control.

The breakfast was nice, and the stuff was good, but the price doesnt match with the hotel's accomodation...

There could be a TV in the room, as well the internet connection in the rooms, not just in the lobby.

Am besten war die Lage des Hotels. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Strand. Das Frühstück war passabel. Direkt vor der Tür ist das Zentrum von Bibione, demnach auch keine Probleme mit der ...

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde ständig nach gebracht, es fehlte an nichts.

Keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme dabei, extra erhältlich zu günstigeren konditionen als am Strand.
