Big kids. ”
Hotel wasn’t so bad! Parking was inconvenient and hotel staff wasn’t much helpful. Room was big and spacious and had a double bed and 2 single beds. So I was happy with that! But the walls are so thin you can hear drunk people next door until 2 am! 🤦🏻♀️ if you want to travel with older kids and not have to get second room. This is the place. But know you get what you pay for!

We have high expectations since this was a known hotel chain but it's lower than expected. The lobby was okay but the rooms and washrooms were tiny and dark. So are the windows. There was nowhere to sit except infront of the cabinet. The parking could only accomodate few cars good thing there's a public parking right beside it.

very hard in 2 nights stay with family. only one small chair in the room, even it is big room. But only one can sit on chair. have ask for one more chair because there is only few room occupied. the reception refuse, the reason is the design is only one chair in the 3 guests room. I think never stay in this hotel chain, skypark again.

the ac in the room is not cold and the room smells. then we complained and the staff asked us to move rooms. then we moved rooms, the room was big but very noisy and the walls were not soundproof, toilet facilities were incomplete, and the car park was very small and annoying. the laundry machine is very dirty and smelly, all of our clothes are dirty after being washed at the hotel.

The room is clean and big, the location easy to find by bus from airport. It's not far from night market in Jeju. You can find food around the hotel.

No Parking. Got use Public Parking”
This hotel does not have its own parking (Nearby the entrance, only a few spaces for loading and unloading) You are told to use Public Parking in front of the hotel which is very busy parking and usually, you would find parking a few floors up and walk down the stairs and come to the hotel. It was somewhat inconvenient. Especially if you are traveling with elderly people, I don't recommend it. Breakfast was very precarious, reminding me of breakfast I had in a 3.5-star hotel in Shanghai. It was in general a motel-like feeling giving hotel and a lot of group guests who are elderly people.

Stayed with the Hallasan package including shuttle service at the pick-up routes, perfect for travelers looking to hike up as transport is quite difficult to reach!

COLD STAFFS”
Hotel stay was ok, only last day room temperature cannot be controlled. Checkout early morning at 6.45am and afraid no taxi and had asked staff to help to book taxi. He refused and told us the wait along the road. Very cold and difficult to get taxi and language barrier, in the end we left with no choice and had to push our heavy luggages to take bus. Very disappointed with the hotel staff as he not willingly to serve or help their hotel guest. I can say this is the worst hotel staff that I have experienced. My past expereince at seoul guest hse was much better and they can call taxi and push our luggages down for us to the waiting area.

The staff attitude is really bad. If you are a foreigner, they will give you the room on the parking floor, which next to the parking area, especially the staff who named Yeongju ko. There are no air conditioners, the room is extremely hot even if you open the window.
