Excellent for a short break”
The hotel is in very good state, swimming pools are good and the beach is very nearby. We were lucky with good weather and not too crowded, it was very enjoyable. Some nice attractions are just a short taxi ride away. Access to the hotel from airport is very easy using bus 600.

Love the view, very relaxing. If your looking to get some rest this is the best hotel with wide variety of breakfast the best. I hope they will consider to expand the gym area and put it in the place with a view of the ocean that would be perfect to start the day.

The scenery of ocean was the best ever I've visited Jeju in the past. Clean room and kind attendance improved the quality of my trip with my family, though the room size I've used this time was smaller than the Lotte hotel.

The hotel is newly refurbished, clean and spacious. The staff are warm and friendly. Also, it is best to book breakfast with the room as it is cheaper. The spread is great but do go early as the queue can be a long wait. Having breakfast at the hotel saves time driving out to search for food!

This is the best hotel experience ever! The hotel infinite pool is the highest end luxurious experience and customer service is beyond the above. Every part and piece of their selections such as spa lines and mattress and down duvet is very thoughtful. It is close to city attractions hidden gem. I personally want to revisit with my family and other friends too. It is the closest hotel to the sea. The ocean view from the lobby is phenomenon. There are hidden spots to look at the hotels and it was very fancy and architectural beauty art itself.

We got upgraded to a suite room. All the facilities were new and the pool is great for kids. Staff are super helpful and the buffet restaurant is great. Overall a 5 star hotel.

Fab hotel, great staff. Access to pool is restricting as you need to sign in and go through the bathroom so the family has to go to separate ways and meet at the pool. They can do with more lighting at the car park, it’s dim at night and has poor visibility for drivers trying to park their car. Apart from that, the hotel is new and has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a gem.
