My 4th visit to this hotel”

This will be my 4th visits to this hotel. What else shall I said? 50metre to metro tram, Salford Quay. 15mins walk to Theatre of Dreams, Old Trafford. Stone throw away from my favourite cafe, Aadams Cafe. Will make my 5th visit next year.

Tiny”

The rooms are very small and really uncomfortable for a couple to move around... all of the same size apparently... there is just enough space to get Into the bath and toilet... breakfast without eggs...

Clean room but very squeezy for a group of 3. Couple or solo traveller should not be a problem. 1) From Manchester Airport to hotel takes about 50mins if taking the tram. Alight at Exchange Quays or Salford Quays. 5mins walk to hotel. 2) Walking to Manchester United stadium takes about 20mins walk from hotel. 3) Hungry? No problem. There is Subway or Greggs right next door at the Shell Gas station. Need Halal options? There's Aadams kebab and grill next to the gas station.

Perfect!”

It was a good steal! But our stay was perfect. We reached earlier to catch the game at Old trafford, and staff happily let us leave our luggage behind. The room was clean, sufficient space for couples. Even if u are traveling with a child. Clean towels provided. We opted for breakfast and enjoyed it. Selection was minimum but you can find nice croissants, muffins and endless refills of coffee. We left our bags yet again to explore manchester after checking out. There was a charge of £1 per bag which was ok since we are no longer their guests. Wifi is good and connection was strong. Staffs were friendly and helpful too!

Great budget hotel”

Hotel location is just near to the tram station Exchange Quay within 5 - 8 mins walk. Room and beds are clean and tidy. Service counter staff are very friendly.

We have a short overnight stay and the room is clean. Good price in cheap rate for a night stay. Near to tesco. Have a car parking if you stay. If not have to pay 7 pound per night

Great accomodation for manchester utd visitor”

Its walking distance to the famous old trafford stadium. 15 mins walk to the mall at salford city. Value for money. Reasonable room for single traveller. Its 5 min walk away from the tram stop Exchange quay.

Everything is ok for short visit”

We arrived late at 11pm and they still entertain us for check in. Room is very basic, sufficient for one night stay. Car park is just beside hotel and parking fee for one night is GBP 7. Distance to Manchester United Stadium around 10 to 15mins walk.

Basic hotel well situated for Media City and Salford Quays with good access by tram”

No frills, basic accommodation in a small room with twin beds and a good shower. There was paper on the floor from a previous occupant but, that said, the beds and two bath towels were spotlessly clean as where the loo (so tiny your knees touch the door), shower (hot and a great pressure) and handbasin. Little outside noise despite being next to a dual carriageway and train tracks but it was possibly the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel because of the amount of noise at all hours from other guests in the corridor and their rooms, as there was little in the stark decoration to absorb noise from voices and doors. Thankfully we were only staying one night and the room rates were very reasonable (we discovered why!!). A big mention deserved to the staff who were, without fail, helpful and pleasant at every encounter. The hotel is a short, rather lovely, walk from Media City, the Lowry Theatre and a host of restaurants.

Great price and very handy for Salford Quays. It's a budget set up but offers you all you need for a short stay . Handy eats at Subway or garage supermarket next door if you need it . The hotel offers food at reasonable prices. Only negative is car parking charge of £7 per 24 hours . No free disabled parking . But overall everything was fine . Enjoy your visit !!

Good value but very small rooms”

Great value and very handy for a wedding reception we were attending but very small rooms and the plumbing is a bit noisy in the early hours. Also the room was too hot but there didn't seem to be any way of turning it down!

Key location for Salford Quays”

This Ibis hotel offers you a budget hotel close to Salford Quays . The staff are all keen to assist and provide a professional friendly check in and they are very efficient. The rooms provide a perfectly adequate base and whilst it's no frills , you have all you need to enjoy your stay. The garage next door has Subway, Greggs and a shop. The AC hotel next door has a lovely lounge bar to enjoy. The shops and amenities of Salfords Quays are a 7 min walk away. The Ibis charge for car parking and it's £7 for 24 hours. You must register your vehicle or run the risk of a private parking fine. This was our 3rd stay here and no doubt it won't be the last. So give Ibis a try and enjoy Salford Quays .

Located in Salford minutes away from Tram station and old Trafford. Easily accessible to town.

Avoid like the plague”

Car park description is not fully explained as we did not know that the hotel shares its car park with another hotel. This is not a problem if we knew but when we arrived we were told the car park was full i asked where can i park and i was told by the receptionist i have to wait for a car park space to be free which wasn't helpful we went round the car park for about 10-15 mins we just wanted to park up and check in. I eventually got fed up and asked where else can we park he just said over the road again not very helpful. So when we eventually parked up away from the hotel we managed to check in. The hotel complex to start with is fine the reception area i mean but the rooms are so small and the toilet was like staying in a caravan. I know its a budget so i didn't expect the ritz in fact we only used the night literally for a sleepover. My partner said she could not sleep well because the bed was uncomfortable and she did not feel like the noises she could hear. I managed to sleep
