Best Pension house in Seogwipo”

The house is fantastic. We stayed for 6days and it was wonderful. The ambience of the resort is the best, relaxing, calm and stress free. It has everything you need in the kitchen so we were able to cooked our own meal. Although the location is a bit far from the supermarket and seogwipo city, its not a problem because we rented a car. It would be difficult if you use the public transportation. If ever i’ll have another chance to be in Jeju, i would definitely stay here ahain.

Amazing stay ”

The accommodation is really nice to stay. Cosy and clean. It has facilities to cook and bbq. It is really a very nice place for a gateway with family and friends. The owner and staffs are really nice and helpful. They have many delivery menus for you to choose from if you would like to have some take out, and they will gladly help you to order them. I really like to thank the staffs for going the extra miles to help us search and even call a particular shop that we were looking for for their location and opening hours!

The cabin was really well maintained and clean and had everything you need. Wifi was fast and showers worked well with the heating. The extra mattresses also are an added treat. The service is AMAZING! They offer suggestions for food delivery given that you can't easily get around Jeju without a car. Restaurants also can pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. Great service and very helpful staff!

Unforgettable Memories”

We stayed one unforgettable night at the Resort in Jeju! The environment was so perfect with friendly staffs who spoke frequent English, you need not worry about the communication. In such a cold weather below 10 degree, we did our very own barbecue just right in front of our resort. You will feel like you are dining in a forest with lots of fun! The only weakness is the location, it is quite a distance from Jeju's city. You may not reach there without rendering a car or a driver! Whatsoever we will definitely return if we are going Jeju again!

Value for Money”

Our stay in Jungmun Log Pension and Resort is great and an unforgettable one. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff upon our arrival. They also gave us a bag of tangerines which were from their own plantation. One of the staff, Sam, speaks real good English. The environment is good and relaxing. The floor of the unit is heated for the winter. Though there is free wifi in the unit, it is so weak that we had to get out of our unit to be connected. It would be ideal if the toilet is separated from the shower area. My daughter enjoyed the barbeque which is just at our patio. I will definitely recommend Jungmun Log Pension to my friends and relatives.

1. Friendly staffs treated you like trusted friends, no hassle during check-in and check-out. 2. Location is not convenient, but friendly staffs can help to arrange as and when you need. 3. It feel refreshing every morning after a good night rest in the resort.

Great View and Fantastic Staffs”

We were greeted with friendly and helpful staffs that helped us with our luggages to the pension house. The English speaking staff (Sam) was very helpful and explained in detail about the facilities around the pension house. Nice environment with lots of mandarin oranges trees around and the sea view from afar was great. The only downside is that the pension house is too deep inside and you need to call a cab to go out if you're not driving a car! But Manager Soon was very helpful who helped us to arrange a cab to take us to Udo Island and saved us a lot of time in travelling there! Overall a very pleasant stay there !

A nice place to relax and enjoy nature”

This resort is located in the outskirts of Seogwipo city, approximately 13km. It is a peaceful place with nice view of a tangerines farm. The amenities are basic and we would appreciate if they can provide proper bath towels rather than just face towels which is not quite adequate after a shower.

Lovely property, managed by a few staff members. Kids enjoyed Bbq and was a comfortable stay. However they don’t do any room service, we had to take out trash ourselves, change towels, vacuum etc which was a little inconvenient. We stayed for 6 nights.

Pros: beautiful, peaceful, cozy cottages. Nice and helpful staffs, could speak English which is very important for Jeju tourists who cant speak Mandarine, they would help you call taxi, order delivery, give you recommendations, etc. You dun need to worry. Cons: far away from shops and restaurants, you needed to call taxi every time when you go out if you are not drive, better book a whole day car. No other facility except a wonderful environment.

The facility kind of old for me. I dont like the smell of the room first time entering. I love they give us permission to pick the tangerine. The bed is hard. The staff is nice. But give us wrong input about places i want to visit.

Fantastično”

Stayed with my family. While we love the rooms overall, there are a few things that were not working in the cabin that we stayed in, Some examples : 1) the door lock for the bathroom can't open from within. Hence you will need someone to open from outside 2) the water heater in one of the bathrooms doesn't work 3) Main door can't really lock and you can pull the door open if you use force Otherwise, love the environment and the staff are really friendly.

Nice Resort with Nice View”

The design of the resort is nice and unique. But is not near to town. No convenient shop nearby. Only suitable for those with the car. We stayed 2 nights, but they do not provide cleaning service. We return the dirty towels to the office and requested them to change the new towels, but they do not provide us new towels.

Amazing staff and location”

The location was amazing! The sunset was amazing here with the view of the ocean. The houses were were soo cute and natural. Nothing like what I have seen before. The staff were all exceptional helping out with everything and anything. We told them very late we wanted to hire a taxi for the entire day and they got us one in 20 minutes (who spoke amazing English). Because we wanted to go out to the convenience store for cup noodles they gave it to us for free so we didn't need to go out. I would totally recommend this place and go again!! Also I double booked the hotel using 2 sites and they allowed me to cancel one of them for free.

Great relaxing stay”

charming wooden bungalow within a fantastic green area with lots of tangerine trees and well maintained. We appreciated the green surroundings and how peaceful it was. It is better to come with a car even if resort can help you arrange taxi / driver. located nearby jungmun resort with beach, lots of museums, shops, etc. bungalow is simple but very comfortable. you need to buy your own groceries and cook. no dinner facilities nor breakfast in this resort. a few restaurant around can do pick up if needed.

Wonderful lodge”

When we arrive at the resort and have the feel of " Wow, what a nice lodge" The location is good and the house is nice. It's relaxing and comfortable. The staff was explaining quite well on the "do and don't" for our stay and recommend some nice food for us. Thumbs up for this resort.

Good place if you want to stay away from City”

We went with my parents and my wife families with a total of 8 persons. The place is spacious and clean. The surrounding areas is also huge and fill trees and flowers.Our parents can have a walk around the area when they wake up early. They also have service to pick u up to restaurants and delivery service as well. It is a good place if you are renting a car and want to stay away from city.
