the location is good. very accessible to transportation. the view is very nice. but even with all the nice view the upkeep of the place is very poor. our room was dirty. duvets looked used. the water drain was not working. there were no towels avaialble. food was ok.

Not worth the money”

1Booked a deluxe room with pool access,they downgraded me to a deluxe room. I had to get back at the front desk to ask why,they confirmed like its normal.Our room was not tidy.The sheets were crumpled as if it was previously used there were bed stains.No towels were provided i had to again go back to front desk.They said towels will be ready by 4pm.And when 4pm came they gave us towels with big holes ( i have pictures) personally i think even a pension house would not do that. And when it was time to use the shower the handle came off.And the water wont drain.So had to call them and fix it. After that, the aircon leaked and drenched our suitcases. With all that happened not a single offer from them to place us in another room nor there were apologies made. But that’s ok uts only a night. But when we used the swimming pool that night,there was vomit on the floor near it. And came morning when we checked out it was still there.But the view is very nice so disappointed upkeep was poor

Cozy Place”

Nice comfortable room, however Standard room with one double bed was not adequate for a couple and small child. Nice compact infinity (upper) pool. Lower pool was closed for "renovations". Decent breakfast with egg station. Parking was available although very limited. Reception could be better trained. All other staff performed well and are friendly. Blood Compact (tourist site) is right next to hotel. Transportation to city proper or panglao island requires private arrangements or flagging tricycles or other public transport. I'm sure the hotel can assist if needed.

The view of this hotel is lovely. Sunrise until sunset its amazing. The staff were nice. Buffet breakfast didn't have a lot of option. The location is closer to the city 3 minutes but 10-15 minutes to Alona, Panglao. The room needs to be renovated. Example, our door lock was wobbly, looks like someone can just break the knob in few seconds. The outlet was broken. The switch of our toilet light was broken as well, we couldn't turn it off. It would be a waste, it has such nice view and location.

Very noisy rooms with poor sound insulation.. in the rooms around us there were filipino families staying with atleast 5 occupants per room, wich means you can hear them talking laughing and screaming all day... kids constantly running around... Luckily we only stayed 1 night The staff is friendly

Serene getaway along the highway”

For its location, it's surprisingly peaceful and quiet in the common areas. As long as you're not on the second or ground floors. Great view, ok location, clean facilities, and friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side for what you're getting.

Good but not quite”

Place was a bit rundown. It needs to have major face lift works done.Tiles on the pool floor are wobbly so mind your kids vigilantly if you do have kids.Breakfast was ok,all local food but order ala carte and you won't be disappointed. Easy to get tricycle rides from the place as it's beside Blood Compact Monument but there are days there are so much people spilling over from the Shrine/monument. Close enough to the city.Desk ladies are ever so helpful.

Helpful staff and great views with two nice pools. Rooms could do with a little updating but that said they are clean. Shame they kept giving us towels and bath mats with holes in, little things like this should be addressed, the main areas are a bit tired but they were giving it all a coat of paint while we were staying.

Great spot, we have to agree with the rest of the people. Awesome views, super nice pool, nice big clean rooms. Perhaps one of the nicest places in the area. Having said that, that's also because there is not much in the area :) Cons: shower was totally broken, someone should give one of the countless staff just standing around a toolkit and make them a maintenance person! :) as the place needs some touch up. Bed was hard, balcony lock semi broken. Food was a serious joke :) and don't ask for a drink a the bar, we ordered some cocktails and were told that "the guy that can make some is not working today" :))) Otherwise, if in the area, would perhaps stay again.

The hotel itself was really nice. We loved both the pools, such a great view of the ocean. The room was a good layout but very small was hardly any room to move once we moved in the suitcases. The breakfast buffet was alot to offer but mostly Filipino food so wasn’t much of a variety for us Westeners. Would definitely stay again though.

Best Hotel in Bohol ”

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and the manager Josephine was great. I was able to contact her before we arrived and schedule tours and pick up from the airport. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well. It’s in a great location so it doesn’t take long to get to the many activities offered in Bohol. If you are headed there , I highly recommend Ocean Suites!

Room price is high #100usd/night but quality is very bad”

Air-con is very noisy. Room is too bright at daytime even cover all by curtains. Toilet was not worked, dirty and terrible. Staff is friendly but be careful with taxi price they offered. This hotel should be rate 1* The mattress is bad, made me backache. I will not spend money for this hotel again

No hot water in our room, no safe as I specifically noted that I needed a safe in my room, no wifi, towels & rugs need to change already most of them are old and damaged, and some parts of the hotel also in our room need a repair...

Holiday and adventure tour”

Best place to stay the staff is remarkable, very efficient and helpful I was sick and they assisted me in many ways to feel comfortable. especially Judy and Sadie and all receptionist, maintenance and security all the staff is very helpful and you dont need to ask twice for assistance very polite.

Nice place”

It was a 3 wonderful days in Bohol and our hotel is a very nice place. Overlooking pool, big rooms, and it is 30 minutes away from Panglao Isldand via Private Car. They offers package for tours and our trip around tourist spots of Bohol had been hassle free. They have nice staff and the food is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this to my friends!

Best hotel view in Bohol”

The staff is friendly and accommodating likewise the hotel take the deluxe room with balcony best view. Also Judy and Shadie are very helpful they know what customer's needs and very efficient. The pools are cleaned everyday it's fantastic and so the security's and staff are pleasant to speak. Will definitely coming back. Thank you Judy and Shady your amazing people thank you for looking after me.
