This place is in a great location, near Food Market with lots of stalls, near Lee Jong Seob Street and Gallery, within walking distance to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, Saeyeingno bridge and Saesom Island sightseeing walk and Olle trails #6 and 7 are nearby. The staff are very polite, speak English well and are very professional. The rooms were clean, great water pressure and rooms have plenty of storage, fridge, washing machine and hair dryer.

Walkable to restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions, and bus lines -- but also in a smaller town that has lots of charm. I recommend spending a little extra for the ocean view room.

Basic stay”
They’ve turned officetel rooms as hotel rooms. The room would benefit from a chair as it was hard to eat in the room. The building is fairly new so it was clean. If they opened the rooftop area it would have been much better but it would depend on the lockdown levels I suppose.

Hard bed”
This is a budget hotel. So I didn’t expect much. But the bed. Was so hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. Even the pillows were uncomfortable. If you like hard beds go for it. But beware. I am not exaggerating when I say this bed was hard.

Depends on your Budget”
I had a free room upgrade (not sure why), though I am not complaining. For the price I paid, this hotel is definitely worth it, and it is conveniently accessible to many marts and streets for me to walk around in the day or even at night. However, I am extremely particular on the hygiene and cleanliness of my sleeping environment, which unfortunately this hotel does not meet my expectations. I cannot complain for its price, so I would recommend this to travellers who are really on a budget and does not mind some cleanliness issues (e.g. used toothbrush stuck in a drawer, yellowish floors, slightly dirty towels - which was not replaced during the room-making services, stains, etc). There were not much facilities nor view in the room, and it can be a little creepy at night while alone.

Basic hotel without the basic amenities ”
Pro: Good location near to good restaurants and the sea. Cons: The room looked clean at first but we were shocked to find a pair of dirty socks left in the cupboard and poop spots in the toilet bowl. There was no chair to sit on and a deposit was required when we requested for a chair.

Very disappointing. I paid for a Premier Ocean View room and asked for a room high up. I could barely see the ocean from my room over the buildings. Only high up rooms with a proper ocean view should be advertised as ocean view rooms. I basically paid extra for nothing. Also no removable toiletries in the room feels cheap.

Location and room amenities”
Centralised location. 15 mins stroll to the waterfalls, bridge to island, Seogwipo market. Bus stop is 100 metres away. Room is like a small service apartment. Well equipped with a regular fridge and washing machine but tight on space. For 2 pax will be ok, 3 pax will be tight. Need to be above level 7 to have decent view without obstruction. I am on #5 and got blocked by building ahead. Can't see the bridge. If you are not big on view, this is a good choice

Good choice for budget travellers”
The hotel's location is great, near good restaurants (e.g. A House to Remember), traditional Olle market and the beach. The parking area is small and you have to park outside if you ride a car. The staff could not speak English well and is acceptable, not very friendly or helpful. We are lucky that we could speak a little bit of Korean so no problems at all. I think the hotel is a good deal if you are travelling on a budget. If not, you should pick a pension / hotel near the beach if you want to stay in Seogwipo. I will definitely visit Seogwipo again and stay near the beach next time

Plus point is location, walking distance to shopping area and eateries ie. Seogwipo market, Olive young, Innis Free, ABC mart, cafes, ramen and BBQ restaurants. However, room just too small. Walking around the room was not so conducive. Not possible for 2 luggage space. I find the room design had flaws. Too many built in cabinet. Absolutely no toiletries and no service for making up room. To communicate with staff had to use google translator . Parking in open space, attendant very grumpy. Those driving suggest to unload your luggages first before parking your car which fortunately is just a short walk away.

Clean, value for money and good location ”
Within walking distance to Ollae market, about 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and good-sized. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed the stay very much. The only thing I found could be improved is that the swivel table only allows one person to sit at it because there is only one chair in the room, and the angle is such that you can't really sit on the bed to use the table. All in all, a good stay.

Clean, Bright and Good location”
Located at middle of the city. Parking was good. Food was not bad but not a great. Room was clean hardwood floor and bright. I had a good memory with this hotel. I wan to stay again when I come back Jeju.
