Only Positive is the Location!”
We really like the location of the hotel. It is a short walking distance to the bus stop (going to Jeju Airport or other sightseeing locations). There are many eateries nearby with a convenient store attached to the hotel and a gift shop next door. We had an ocean view suite with a kitchenette and a sitting area. Staff was professional and helpful. However, the room was dusty with a loud air conditioning unit blowing wind non-stop during the night, shower door did not close properly with water overflowing to the toilet area, and holes on the bed-sheets. I was disappointed by the conditions of the room since I really looked forward to an ocean view suite facing the Hamdeok Beach. Breakfast was good with wide variety. We were out most of the time and didn't get to use other facilities of the hotel. We may not stay in this hotel again.

Employee attitude is inconvenient”
Generally speaking, two large towels should be provided as a base, considering hotel rates. However, the hotel's policy only offers one large number. Despite using a triple room, only one large towel was provided, and an additional fee was requested when an additional large towel was requested. Also, their customers' response tips were very disappointing.

Each room only given one bath towel despite 3 pax in a room. Each pax given one pillow which was so flat that neck ache the next morning

Wasn’t happy with my stay there, uncomfortable bed, molds on the corner of the room and the bathroom, the service they’re giving is the minimum almost like guest house, i was chocked that they’re even charging for towels, and they don’t provide essentials such as tooth brush. On top of all that, could hear people on the beach with the windows shut.

Room was clean, but smaller than I expected. Hotel itself was clean, but few amenities. Location was great, right next to the beach and convenience stores and restaurants. Rooftop bar was not available during my stay, so that was disappointing. Decent place for the price.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. LOCATION / BREAKFAST / BEACH IN FRONT OF HOTEL ETC EXCEPT PARKING LOT. PARKING SPACE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR CUSTOMER. HOWEVER STAFF WAS VERY KIND.

Too Small Room and Very Partial Ocean view”
It took times to get it checked in because the front staff could not find my reservation at first, which is not acceptable because I did not have this tedious waiting time at other hotels. The sheets on the room were not cleaned, so I had to ask to change them. The room only had partial ocean view that was different from what I saw in the agoda website, which I used to book this hotel. The hotel has two different names that confused me first. I don't recommend this hotel for any travelers due to the poor professionalism of the staff.
