Very friendly and helpful staff, relatively clean rooms, microwave and kettle for your daily needs. I was on a low budget and didn't expect my stay to be this good honestly.

Great Stay, Lovely Linked Chillout Room!”

Loves staying at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and polite. The location was brilliant. Close enough to get to Heaton Moor and easy to wall or get a taxi into stockport centre. The room was fab. Had a shock when we found the double room had a seperate lounge area to chill in joined to the room and the fridge and microwave were an added bonus. I have to add we felt really safe as their security system was good too. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

Usually stay in Deluxe double or my new Favourite - The Attic Double!!! Amazing value for money, geat room with large tv, comfortable bed, great en-suite and an Electric log fire. Extremely comfortable and feels like a much more expensive hotel <3 <3 <3

Car park was close to the hotel which was reassuring. Not a very warm welcome or a covid clean one I might add. very noisy as the room was next to a main road. a musky smell. fridge, kettle and microwave handy

Great Hotel”

We booked into the Double Deluxe room and had a large conservatory lounge with sofas as well as a large, warm comfortable bedroom with great en-suite shower / bath. The tv was a large flatscreen but had a one for all remote so the functionality of the tv was terrible as the buttons wouldnt work properly keeping it to just basic freeview channels :( this was the only gripe about the room. Fantastic value for money, great room, more like a mini-flat than a hotel room... will definitely be back several times and will reccomend to anyone wanting a budget room with everything <3 thankyou for an amazing stay. Staff were very helpful to sort out any problems we had such as broken light. Sorted fast <3

Extremely disappointed with the stay . ”

Hi , My booking was for 8th Feb 2020 and I already mentioned in the booking that I will be reaching around 8 PM. It was a rainy evening and the moment I reached the hotel I was given a room 213 . Please find the below details of my disappointment . 1. The room was extremely cold while reaching and we manually switched on the heater in the room , but couldn't able to switched on the bathroom heater. 2. The coffee maker was not clean and it was full of old dirty water . 3. The bathroom door is broken . It's need a immediate fix. 4. Floor of the room was not clean . Sabyasachi

The room i was given matched the photo in shape and bedcovers only. It stank of cigarettes and there was a sock over the smoke alarm (presumably placed there by the previous guest so they could smoke) so if a fire started in that room, everyone in the hotel was in danger. It was filthy - ring marks from cups on the surface, walls were covered in horrible black marks, the bathroom floor was dirty and had debris on it. The conservatory at the back (seen from the car park) was jammed with junk all piled up and the interiors need some TLC too - carpet missing from stairs etc. Staff at the hotel had all gone by the time I called agoda to complain as well. Agoda have not yet come back to me after they left me stranded, a single female traveller, at 11pm at night with this disgusting place. I had to pay double to stay at a reputable place, late at night, and still nothing from agoda re resolution. I have photos of it all as well. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was disapointed to say the least. We did not stay the night as the room was less than spotless and there was a very strong unpleasant smell,we were forced to find an alternative hotel at extra cost and inconvenience.

Cheap loft room. Wi fi didn’t work. Hotel is dated and needs updating.There is no lift. But lots of.”

Best thing about the hotel is the price, own fridge and microwave in my room.

Not cleaned properly at all, pint falling off the wall in the bedroom, flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. Skirting boards hadn’t been vacuumed in forever. Bulb in the bedside lamp didn’t work, drawer missing from the desk, splash stains over the wall. Not sound proof rooms, you can hear everything from the room next door and the doors slamming and people walking in the corridor woke me up both mornings at 5am. Won’t be staying again.

Tidy place, clean room, friendly staff, distance from city centre is about 5 miles down a straight road. Would stay again.
