Staff service was excellent (even the lady who did room service/cleaning would greet me every morning) and the location was 10 mins away by bus from Jeju airport. If you plan to travel mainly by public transport in Jeju Island and would like an accessible hotel within Jeju City, this fits the bill. There are multiple bus stops that connect to intercity bus routes and I had no problems with taxis as well. Loved the morning sandwiches (simple but filling) and everything is just as described in the hotel listing. Check in and checkout were super smooth and I really have no complaints. I will definitely love to stay here again next time I visit Jeju.

5-min away from the Airport!”
The room was not ready because we arrived earlier than check-in time. Kelvin at the Front Desk provided us recommendations for lunch nearby as we were waiting for the check-in time. Another lady at Front Desk who speaks Chinese was also helpful when she helped us as interpreter speaking with the employee who was in charge of valet parking. There was a helpful gentleman who delivered additional clothing hangers for us because we asked for it through Front Desk. He explained that the hotel provides sandwich breakfast every morning. If we are interested we can hang an insulated bag provided in the room on our door. If he didn’t inform us, we wouldn’t have known about it. The barley bread sandwiches are great and taste healthy. We like the room because it is spacious and well arranged.

A Very Comfortable & Convenient Stay”
The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the airport and there is a convenience store just next door. There are also free sandwiches every morning :) My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this place!

Travelled in a group of 3. Hotel is located near the airport (~5min via taxi). Approx 15min drive from Downtown Jeju. Room was also clean and pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will go back if we head to Jeju again.

Convenient location, kind staff, and great rooms”
I chose Ventimo Hotel originally because it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight. They gave me a beautiful corner room with lots of light and great views. It was comfortable and clean. They have a convenient self-checkin/out system if you have a Korean phone number and valet parking. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store next door. It is perfect for a short stay in Jeju City.

We recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we visit Jeju. The good: Spacious, quiet, comfortable bedding, lots of good restaurants nearby, free sandwich breakfast, good service and English-speaking staff, coffee vending machine with tables and seats at small lobby for a quick breakfast, valet parking, free use of dryer and washing machine. The not-so-great: limited parking so when you reach hotel late like after 9pm you need to park a 5-minute walk away. No multi-plug power point thus u need adapter, tables are limited at the lobby so if it is peak season it’s hard to enjoy breakfast there.

Everything was very good or above but since it is unexpensive compared to other superior hotels, too many people there. It is so hectic and unorganized especially at 3 when everybody gets check in.

Pleasant stay during Chuseok extended holidays 2021”
We stayed at Ventimo during Chuseok 2021 holidays. The hotel cum residences is located very near from the airport. The room was clean and tidy. Frontdesk staff was very helpful; special mention for Ms.Chloe. She helped us with few locations, using washing machine, etc. She came across as a very pleasant, young personality. There was another Mr. Shin who also attended us well. One drawback was the limited car parking and it took almost 30 mins in the morning to get the car out. Otherwise, it was a satisfying stay.

Good but small ”
It’s a budget apartment hotel in a great location near restaurants and the airport. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Valet parking was very convenient. The apartment was clean but basic and small. If you don’t mind smaller spaces, this is pretty good due to the other positive attributes. For my family, we had a lot of luggage so the two bedroom suite was still too small for us.

Staff were really polite and helpful. Check-in time is 3pm but we reached much earlier and they tried their best to get us checked in as soon as the room was ready. Thank you! Location is really near the airport! Like around 6 mins drive so there's no worry if you have an early flight to catch. Love that they have valet parking so I never had to worry about where to park (I'm usually back by 4pm so I'm not sure if they will run out of lots if you get back late at night). All you need to do is park in front of the car lift and the valet will take over from there. Really easy! Room is clean, big and spacious! It was a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the view. Can see the ocean in the distance and well as the airport. They provide sandwich breakfast at 7am every morning so all you need to do is hang the cooler bag provided in the room, outside your door and when you wake up, breakfast is served. : ) Would definitely recommend!

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet location”
The family suite is well equipped with microwave and induction but there were no plates and pots. Rooms were quite small and there was only 1 tv in the living room. There were also washing machines and dryers that hotel users can use for free. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Highly recommended for group travelers.

Internet speed is fast! ”
We stayed here for one night. Due to my online working schedule I need a room with good Wi-Fi connection. The internet worked perfectly. We also love that the staff can speak English and Chinese very fluently. There’s also a park nearby and 10 minutes taxi to the beach. We did some shopping as well.

Less than 5min from airport + we rented car so location was perfect. What made a breeze is the valet provided, just leave ur car when u reach hotel and call them 10min before leaving and car will be ready! Room is extremely n well-maintained; Netflix connectivity and daily different flavor fresh sandwich provided - stayed there 4N and surprised every morning! Free washing+dry facility, need to Q but no complaints since it’s FOC. Overall hotel staff are friendly Will return to hotel on next trip to Jeju and definitely recommend to anybody planning a trip here.
