very attentive reception staff, rooms super clean our daughter is disabled so we had an accessible room , bathroom a very high standard as accessible hotel bathrooms go we were stuck with my daughters hoist as we couldn't get to work , we telephoned reception and the hotel maintenance man was up within 3 minutes and fixed within min utes Radek was very helpful asking if we needed anything else , we required some extra towels and pillows and again were delivered on our beds within 5 minutes room also spotless, also very central

This hotel is brilliant, close to all the local amenities. The hotel itself is bright & fresh the room was clean & spacious. The shower room was clean with lovely hot water. The view from our window was off the new waterfront development. The bed was comfy & the room was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for the train station, town centre and the V&A museum. The room wa clean, well equipped and the staff were helful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too. Great value for money.

I didn't really know what I expected as I hadn't heard of the chain before and booked it fairly last minute. However, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Good bed, good room, a bottle of water, a kettle, good AC, good shower, good curtains, good TV... I would highly recommend it. Good job Sleeperz and staff!

Great location good big sized rooms, clean and well maintained and a shower with good water pressure will be back, never tried breakfast so can't comment but found out you are better to book breakfast before arriving due to limited numbers

Hotel was definitely 5 stars, me and my partner travelled from Stirling to dundee to the noel concert and it was just across the road and next to train station, rooms were clean, staff were really friendly and overall would recommend to anyone, will definitely be back to this hotel ⭐️ ❤️

Very nice hotel in easy walking distance of everything in Dundee. Only gripe was a noise all night coming from the bathroom area - sounded like a drill/circular saw- obvs not as loud. Went off every 5 mins for 20 or so seconds. Annoying. I should of said something on booking out but the rest of the hotel made up for it. Would use again and recommend.

The location is very strategic: super close to the train station, v&a is just less than 5 minutes walk, and the hotel is in the city centre. Our room has a spectacular view as well.
