Greta location and beautiful pool.

this was run Airbnb style and we were given no service every time we asked for anything, we were told to talk to host. Also check in was super late 4pm however checkout was 10AM. they asked for extra $50 per hour of extension and we paid bum C of money to extend the check and check outs. lastly they locked our access cards after 5 mins of our extended checkout time.

Great room, and hotel amenities, easy check in at the reception, helpful staff. Everything was perfect

I booked my room through booking.com and for some reason it was booked with airbnb. Not sure why. I could not ask for towels. My TV didn't work and for the 1st time in my life, I needed to pay extra for my room keys. When I asked for help I was directed to the " airbnb host" but he ignored and referred me back to the hotel. Very uncomfortable!

The location is perfect as this hotel is nested in the busy area of Brickell Center. Many shops and food options available within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to avoid the congestion of the Miami Beach area.

Over 1hour to check-in. AC not working....and front desk coulnt do anything about it. I was very disappointed

The AC was not working. The lady that gave us access to the room was told and she was “going to brink a tech to fix it. Of course, no one came back yo fix it.

The TV stopped working. I called the property manager and her response was point it to the sensor. I told her we did thst then no response..

They were late giving the key to check in 30.minutes. I reached out on where to park but they responded late.bat first communication was horrible. TheyTold me my checking was a day later, then

Loved the decor, the quality of the rooms, and when a baby was screaming into the late hours of the night, the concierge changed our room for us with absolutely no hassle. Great customer service.

Location is fantastic. You now also have an amazing pastry just in front for a good breakfast. Especially whilst the hotel bar is closed.

The check in and check out process needs to be improved. During check in, person took longer than expected to arrive and the specifics given were sparce, after many messages sent about arrival timings. Messages sent looking for info were left unanswered, or replied late. It is not clear at check out how to drop your key. In the description it's not 100% clear that you cannot count on any service from the hotel front desk eg printing your PCR results. Very thankful to the friendly staff that helped out last minute. The value reduction vs hotel rates doesn't compensate.

This was a terrible experience. The host is a scam artist and Booking clearly doesn't take responsibility for any quality control. I will never use Booking again and will continue to proactively tell everyone I know and meet to never book through this site again. The property was a scam. Not a hotel. Smelled like cleaning supplies and mold. Stains everywhere. Couch was torn up. No blankets just thin quilts. Looked nothing like photos. Complete scam just trying to steal your hard earned money and ruin a perfectly good vacation.

Going to try to be as detailed as possible because I didn’t fully except what I got. These room by vesper are like Airbnb’s - you do not check in with the hotels front desk, you have to call a number and let them know you’re there. Someone comes and walks you to your room, they give you 1 room key and if lost it’s $100 to replace it. Bellhop doesn’t help with the luggage once they realize you’re not with the hotel. Early check-in (2pm or 3pm) is an extra fee. I paid for 2pm check in ($50), I actually got to the hotel at 2:50. No one was there, had to wait and ended up in the room closer to 4pm, which is regular check-in time. They apologized and offered to give me a later check-out time of 12pm but I had to leave early in the morning. They should’ve refunded me. The room itself was really big, my particular room did not come with the green couches in the picture (by the balcony) I only had the small round table and 1 chair which was not enough seating. Also if you look at the hotels pictures the bathrooms have a shower door, my room didn’t which made for a very wet floor and they only give you 1 floor mat (which was soaked). Housekeeping can come to your room for an additional $50/each time. I ended up using towels from the pool, which are free, to soak up the water. Not enough hangers (I like to fully unpack) and you can’t call the hotel for help because the room is managed by Vesper. They could also do a better job cleaning, there were long strands of hair everywhere (shower, bed, carpet, in the closet). Washer/dryer were amazing - just buy your own detergent. Location was great - walking distance to a ton and the Ubers are fairly priced. At the time of my stay these rooms were about $300 cheaper than if I booked directly with the hotel - if I knew what I know now, I would’ve just paid the extra $300

Booking.com is very deceitful and misrepresented this property. By no means this is part of SLS Lux hotel, and you will NOT receive any services from the hotel even though you will be staying in the hotel. Not even a simple luggage storage ! The relationship between Vesper and Hotel is hostile and you will not have housekeeping or room service. You will be treated as a third class citizen by the hotel staff. This is by no means Vesper’s fault but Booking.com deliberately hide and misrepresented these info to customers and made them believe that there is no difference.

The host was nice and the room was clean.

- Only one key for a room that accommodates two people is incredibly inconvenient and asinine. - The front desk was completely unhelpful even when I asked about where the ice machine was just because this condo isn’t part of the hotel group. I wish I had known I was paying to stay at a hotel without most of its services. - The room is next door to the service entrance, the door to which slams shut so loudly I could hear it every single time all night. - There’s active construction going on literally next door, rendering the balcony unusable for how loud it was. - There was no coffee machine as advertised. How basic could you get? Even a Marriott has a Keurig or something similar. Can’t order room service either since we’re not hotel guests.

The hotel and room were beautiful! The location cannot be beat. This is right across Brickell City Centre, absolutely gorgeous. The whole experience was flawless. Will come back!
