Smart Russell Hostel is just the best one in town! Multiple rooms available with a large dining hall, all you need is your photo id and your payment card. With access to Russell Sq.. underground tube literally behind the hostel you can be in Soho, Leicester Sq or anywhere in London John Jamie

Central and easy living”

I stayed in a six-bed dorm, and had no problems while I was there for three nights. I would especially like to thank the security guard Ahmed (Muhid?). He was so kind that he just gave me some of his dinner one night I came back late and a padlock for the storage box. Top guy!

Underrated Hostel”

Great hostel, one of the few still open, but a good one near the Brunswick estate so good for shops (waitrose, sainsbury's etc). Near also to Kings Cross, and Oxford St, The Beitish museum. My favourite aspect is the kitchen so you can cook instead of the usual fast food or cold food. The lower ground rooms can be a bit musty though but it is generally a bright, modern, clean hostel. Recommended. Special shout out to Kurt at the reception.

Nice hostel in city centre”

The hostel is clean and has everything you need. They give you clean linen and free breakfast (bring your own towel). There is a plug near each bed and a drawer (bring own padlock). The beds are quite small, but comfortable. There is a big living room with many tables and more plugs, some sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. The best is its location, 15 minutes walk to covent garden. I would recommend the hostel
