Very good value”
The hotel was perfectly placed for the town centre, station and airport bus. It was quiet and clean, comfortable beds, efficient friendly staff with limited English but it didnt matter. All were pleasant. Breakfast was a great choice of Japanese and European food, buffet style and included in our price. The dining room was open in the evening for dinner though we didn’t try it as we had family in the town. Definitely would stay again. It is a business hotel so many one night stays, we were unusual as we were Europeans and stayed for two weeks. Despite the changeovers it was a peaceful quiet hotel.

High Quality, Low Price”
This is a very well run hotel, just off the centre of Hon Atsugi so is quiet and very comfortable. The staff are very efficient and polite. The breakfast is very good with a huge choice of food, always some eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, and yogurt as well as typical Japanese dishes. Very clean hotel and rooms. There are washing machines and driers, vending machines, and microwave ovens if you want to bring food in to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel for the prices.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff”
The staffs here are friendly, I liked the idea of keeping the key at the receptionist as it prevents lost / stolen keys, less headache for me too. The laundromat is even separated for ladies :) Breakfast has a good choice for such budget hotel. Room was clean, and bed was comfy enough. It is not that far from Hon Atsugi station, there was a convenience store nearby too.

とても安く利用させてもらったのですが、室内は清潔で必要なものも揃っており、とても快適でした。駅に近く、近くにコンビニやスーパーがあるのは便利だと思いました！また利用したいです。

初めて利用させて頂きました。値段を筆頭に、サービス、衛生面、すべて満足で快適に過ごせました。車利用の方には関係ありませんが、徒歩の方は、駅から遠いのと、近くのバス停までも距離があるのを理解していれば、全く問題ない、リーズナブルで過ごしやすいホテルでした。

IKEAルームに泊まりたい”
ビジネスでたまに利用します。駅近とは言えませんが、飲食店街を抜けた静かなエリアにあり、コンビニもスーパーも近く、便利です。ベッドマットが新しくなった気がします。また、上掛けが柔らかくて軽くて快適でした。新たにIKEA家具を配置した部屋がオープンしたと貼り出してありましたので、今度はカラフルなIKEAルームに宿泊してみたいです。

価格相応の内容でした”
スタッフの方々は非常に良いですが、設備と駐車場の予約制、まあ仕方がないですがホテル内食堂が休みで紹介された地図を持って行きましたが行列が出来ていて諦めて弁当屋からto go 一番嫌だったのは枕の裏に毛が付いたままでした。個人的には部屋が暖かくて辛かったです。

駅から徒歩7分、経路は簡単で、迷うことはありません。繁華街を通り抜けて、少し寂しくなったあたりにあります。コンビニが徒歩1分のところにあり、便利もいいです。2020年7月からスマイルホテルチェーンに変わったばかりで、建物は少々古い感じがしますが、部屋はリニューアルされているようで、電源は増設されているし、ベッドや壁もきれいです。新しいと窓が開けられないことがありますが、そこは古めなので、換気もできます。気楽に使えるビジネスホテルです。
