Comfy stay, good location”
Room size is ok and comfy enough, parking provided at 1000 yen per day, though there are many parkings nearby which are cheaper. Walking distance to Naminoue shrine and Fukuoka Garden. Walkable to Kokusai Dori too. There's a Family Mart and several restaurants next to hotel.

Basic 3star hotel, but 25EUR/night/person with breakfast is OK. But this is the max price which is reasonable... 8-10 min walk the nearest monorail station and the famous main street is also 10 min. So the location is OK and quiet.

The hotel resort is about 10 -15 minutes away from the nearest monorail. It is not a problem in cool weather but could be quite long in hot summer. Hotel car park is unexpectedly high and is charged 1000 yen per night. The hot pot is very tiny and the power is very low. Boiling water requires a long time.

Great selection of buffet breakfast and spacious seating. Reasonable room rate if book early. Friendly n helpful staff who speak okay English and would endeavour to answer any of your enquiry using a translating tool if necessary. Overall a great hotel to stay.

Small size room barely can walk but good breakfast ”
Pros: good breakfast, clean room, family room for four comes with 2 bathrooms, friendly housekeeping male staff and friendly old staffs at the restaurant . Cons: room size too small, difficult to walk around and no place for big size luggage. Other than the staffs mentioned above, staffs looks without SMILE and not so friendly & helpful (this could be due to language barrier)

Bathroom wasn't very clean - Mould on the walls and had a bad smell. Main room was very clean and tidy. Good value for money. Room temperature was good. Washing machine made my clothes smell strange and didn't do a very good job at cleaning my clothes.

Impolite check in staff, smell room”
The counter staff are very impolite, no smile in smile hotel! = = Black face to you and can't speak in English and not helpful. Very smelly room.

The bed is comfortable & there’re 2 bathrooms for 4 ppl room. Need to pay 1000yen parking fees for 1 day parking.

+ Good location, nearby there's a family mart and izakaya. It's abt 15-20min walk to kokusai and Naminouegu Shrine. Breakfast are good, has variety choices, good coffee. - The room looks old but clean, very limited power socket (1 at dresser, 2 in bathroom), if switch off the light at dresser it will cut the socket's power. There's only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer in this hotel.

this hotel is located in a residential area, so it's pretty quite in the night; but the downside is it's pretty far away from the main streets, you need to walk at least 20 minutes to the nearst supermarket. (There is a Family Mart near the hotel, but choices are limited)

Reasonable price included many variety delicious breakfast. Guest room is clean and tidy. Staff attitude is OK and helpful. But the location is distance from Monorail-Prefectural Office Station. Recommended for budgeting traveler.

Easy to travel in naha”
Staff help us well. Ican go to kokusaidori by walk. No restaurant around hotel,only one shop (open6.00pm). But we can go to kokusai street. It's ok.

Quiet, well-maintained, good breakfast”
If you don't mind it's a bit old fashion inside, then its high value of C/P shall satisfy your need. 10~15 mins walk to neareast monorail station and kokusai street, also some good ramen, yakiniku, donburi restaurants around walking distance. Nice breakfast with traditional Japanese style food and western dishes. Curry sauce is awesome and Tofu is another delighful spot.
