I stayed 1 night with Smile Tokushima and forgotten my jacket . I messaged the hotel through the Agoda app and they were very quick to respond and help in arranging the delivery of my item to the next hotel in Takamatsu . I would like to commend their service and will definitely recommend this hotel!

Convenient ”

Hotel is just 5 mins walk from Tokushima Station and bus station. It’s actually connected to Sogo Dept Store. Easy to get around and pick up food items. McDonald’s is 7 mins walk from hotel. Aratae public onsen is 30 mins walk away.

Strategically located hotel with good service”

I am currently staying in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Tokushima station. Room is clean and located at high floor. I have a great view from my window facing the riverside. The hotel staffs are also very professional and friendly.

Location was above a shopping mall. It was reasonably close to the station but lacked restaurants around it. I guess the staff didn't feel they had sufficient English to engage with us at all.

close to train station and shops/restaurants

The room was large and the hotel staff were very helpful – I'd made a mistake and booked for the previous night instead of the night we arrived and they found a room for us and didn't charge us extra, which was exceptionally nice of them.
