i have no even 1 good impression about this service apartment (local management). the house is located in a street in d.1 and fully cigarette smoke by the house keeper exautes daily and nightly :-(. this is what i want to share to management that is good to have good photo but dont be over ads or ads what is not true, this will cause your customer distrust and loss member after few cases worsely like this. in generallyh.

overall it was a pleasant stay. even tho its beside a busy road, there was no traffic noise at all. only the morning rooster was a little annoying. fully equipt kitchen too. no elevator. we had to drag our toddler and 3 large suitcase up to the 3rd floor

Great location, friendly staff”

The property is centrally located and nearby highway if you are travelling to other district. It's on the main road and taxi is plenty. The staff is friendly and will also help to hail a cab if you need one. Room is ok with basic necessity such as wardrobe, air-con, tv, oven and others. Drinking water is supplied in a drum, safe to drink. The only downside is the traffic can be quite unbearable during the night.

Central location near market”

the apartment is near the market, about 10 - 15 mins walking distance. it is situated in one of the busiest street in ho chi minh city and you have to expect the noise from the traffic below. the staffs is friendly and helpful. when they couldn't understand what i'm trying to say, they use google translate and asked me to type on their laptop and google do the job! good moves by the staff. taxi is plenty and the staff will also help you to get one when you need them.

serviced apartment in a quieter area in busy hcmc”

overall, it is an inviting place. perhaps the place was not being leased out for some time, i was "welcomed" with a dead cockroach and a live one. i don't see a housekeeping person around, just a security guard at level one handling all my needs. thankfully my vietnamese friend dropped by to help me point out to him in vietnamese that the room needs more cleaning and 2 towels instead of 1 (there were 2 of us). on the up side, the room had a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, a huge lcd tv, a hot water shower with bathtub that worked very well, toothbrush and shampoo provided (no shower gel though), microwave, huge fridge and a huge mineral water dispenser. all these for 32 sgd (25usd) a night. not too bad a deal. i might come back again. but i'll try 73a instead, and get a balcony unit.

Cette résidence a un emplacement central a dix minutes du Marche Ben Thanh. En revanche, c'est dommage que l'hôtel soit si près de la rue très animée: il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Le personnel est souriant mais le menage laisse a désirer: recoins des chambres poussiéreux, balcon sale. Le tuyau d'evacuation de l'eau de l'evier de la cuisine coule directement sur le plancher de la douche. Apres la vaisselle, le sol de la douche est completement trempe et sale (residus de nourriture).

딱 잠만 자는 배낭여행객에게 적당 가격은 저렴하고 시내와 접근성은 좋음, 조리기구등이 구비되어있으나 사용할만큼 편리하지 않음 티비나 에어컨등은 깔끔했음

Phòng tiện nghi, thoải mái, trang trí hài hòa. Có một vài điểm nhỏ cần khác phục như chất lượng hình ảnh tivi, sơn lại phòng tắm, sửa lại ổ khóa cửa. Nên trang bị nước trong tủ lạnh.

мы жили в этом отеле неделю. въехали поздно вечером, номер оказался не готов к нашему заселению. убирали в нем, видимо, очень давно, т.к. пол был грязный, пятки все черные от него. после получасовых уговоров консьержа, тот все-таки вымыл пол. за исключением этого эпизода, пребывание в отеле нам понравилось. на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, холодильник средних размеров. в номере "премьер" часть с кроватью огорожена стеклянной стеной с раздвижными дверями. можно закрыть там спящего ребенка, а самим смотреть фильм на dvd. ванной в номерах нет. только душ и дырка в полу. балконами лучше не пользоваться, т.к. отель выходит окнами на довольно шумную улицу. кроме того, на балконе скапливается большое количество пыли. кроме того, фото балкона на сайте не соответствует действительности. на самом деле балкон намного меньше и без мебели. для семей с детьми советуем брать номер "премьер", т.к. он больше по площади. обычный номер маленький.
