Smoke-free hotels in Itabashi

"We traveled to Tokyo for 6 days and we tried different types of accommodation so that the kids would have a feel of everything. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best idea ever! It is 2 blocks away from the station, you have a nearby 24hr McDonald's and a 711 across! It is very spacious and it has a full working kitchen, which means it even has your basic cooking needs. It made our lives so easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"I make a late night book & it needs about 8 mins. walked from my last place. And they already ready for me. The staff even help me to bring up my big suitcase, which is not a regular action for a hostel staff. The place is great, the space is big enough for 6 people to put everything around. The shower & bathroom is great, with amenities such shampoo & soap. We can rent towel in case forget to bring own. And the kitchen area is great too. It only needs 7 mins. walk from Itabashi train station & there's a lot of restaurant or convenience store near it."

"My fiance and I stayed at this place last week. There are two beds, first day we lifted up the sheets, there was a dead bug under there. (We took a photo) and the following day of staying, my fiance started to have itches on her legs, we thought it was just dry air, so we ignored. I started to have itches as well, but not as bad as her. Note, that my fiance comes to Japan all the time to introduce different cities in Japan for Taiwan as a travel host. She speaks fluent Japanese, eat the food there, and know the culture very well. She never had any allergic reactions anywhere we've stayed, including airbnb and hotels. Day 3, she started to have hives all over her body. Scratching it until she started to bleed. (have photos) As for me, I have itches on my body, but didn't break out as bad as rashes. We started to contact the owner of this place. Next morning, we actually found baby cockroaches crawling around our place (ALSO photos taken)... Owner is blaming on us, zero compensations."

"Do not feel intimidated by its location like I first felt. In fact, it was such nice neighborhood for you immerse yourself in urban Tokyo lifestyle. The owner was really helpful and friendly. The place is well equipped with necessities that will help you feel relaxed after a long day out traveling. You will find a lot of gem like food and convenience store around too. Only downside would be on the communication which both Agoda and the host has to look into. It would be best to contact the host and find the exact location of the place before your flight so you will not wander aimlessly trying to locate the place. We love this place. "
