I booked this hotel on the same day even i had booked a hostel already. Because of I got 2 big pieces of luggage the staff let in stay on the ground floor which is so sweet. And the staff in reception is friendly and kindly guided me. The location is perfect coz it is just a few meters walk from King Cross Station, which allowed me to travel to Cambridge through train easily. I will choose this hotel again if I visit London again!

Simple hotel with small rooms. No lift, so don't bring large luggage. It provides simple breakfast with low price. Nice and helpful staff.

Unbeatable price with basic needs ”
Basically it’s clean and safe Small room , but you can still open luggage . Mine is a twin bed , so my Oisin and I still have private space even in a small room . This is london ! For this price and quality . I’m fine

You get what you pay for”
It is an easy walk to St Pancras station. The price was good. The major down side related to comfort. The first room we were put in most have been 27 or 28 degrees and we could not open the window; it was cool outside. The person at the desk was very nice and moved us but you might not be that lucky, there was another room open. The 5 pound breakfast was not worth it, go to a coffee shop. The "croissants" were some sort of strange pastry wrapped in plastic bags. The coffee was acceptable but not up to the standards of local shops.

Good location ”
Great location just 5min walk from King's Cross Station where you can easily take underground or International train to Europe country. Many food nearby and the staff is friendly. But we stayed at the last room on ground floor, too cold during the night and there is only 1 heater that far away from the bed. We almost freeze-up on the bed during a cold winter night. Other than the poor heater, everything is fine.

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The location- yes, it is very near to Kings Cross and in that way, the location is great. However, the hotel is right next to a bus stop, including a night bus, so in that way, the location wasn't super.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in”
I have stayed So Park in Battersea twice, but needed something closer to central London. So Kings Cross has no lifts, no airconditioning, tiny rooms. Our room space was terrible, vacant floor space around the bed was 30 cm at the end and 80 cm width. You open the door and you are on the bed. Bathroom much the same. Probably ok if you are there one night and don't have much luggage, not cheap either, 3 nights AUD 830.

Nothing like the photos”
The room I was given looked NOTHING like the photos: a prison-grade bed, a bathroom with no door, and facilities that looked like they were falling apart. I didn’t even stay the night - I left and checked in at another hotel. The staff were friendly however and the location was good.

I would have paid more to get a better place! ”
I know hotel rooms in London are very expensive. But this particular one was really old. I would call it a hostel rather than a hotel. It was a really small room that I had. Quite not the same as the photos shown on Agoda. My room has a window but it's facing the street on G/F. I saw there are some more rooms in the basement but I don't know how they look like inside.

The whole building is rundown &seedy looking.Tiny pod like room with a3/4 bed,,uncomfortable pillows&rattling windows.More hostel than hotel although the location is good for StPancras.The room was clean but tiny&poorly decorated.Glad I hadn’t booked breakfast

The room was tiny, the blinds half falling off the window, nothing nice about the place, there are certainly much better bargains out there. Try air bnb!
