Cosy hotel. The deluxe garden view room was tidy, nice and clean but no beautiful garden ( void area) on this time we stay. Breakfast was ok. But not too much options. I’ve a compliment with food& beverages staff on 11th floor in the morning- friendly, and beef noodle( phở bò sốt vang) tasty. One thing I was really disappointed there- customer service at front desk. The reception girl in the morning, who never has smiles? Irritable face, I wonder if I bothered her??? The second thing, made me disappointed, when I check out, I asked to leave our luggages. It will be have no problem if when we came back to take it with a question : “ could I take our luggages?” Her respond to my question with a curt answer and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE “ go inside and take it”. It means I’ve to come inside FRONT DESK COUNTER and take it back. I really don’t understand because she is working at CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. Another, HK supervisor should double check more carefully room such as hotel directory

Good hotel in Tam Dao”
This Hotel is one of the big one in the area, the hotel itself is well designed, clean, comfortable. The location is not exactly superb, as you still have to walk further to got to the real city center, where there are restaurants, cafe, etc. Nevertheless, the view from the rooftop cafe of this hotel must be one of the best, overlooking the entire town and you can even see the famous Tam Dao church. Bit expensive compared to the nearby hotels, though. Staff couldn't speak English.

Sofia hotel and spa is just a bad hotel no spa even though they have a picture of a sauna on the agoda page Staff have no idea what they are doing... staff member walked straight into my small musky smelling room without knocking or anything... Ended up not staying although I paid checked out and got another hotel This is the first bad review I have put here I usually find agoda very reliable but definitely not this time

Recommended if you coming to Tam Dao. Even their staff cannot speak english very well but they show their effort to help u by using Google translate. Located nearby the restaurant, ATM machine, main park and other building. The room also big, clean and silent. Variations of foods for breakfast. 100% recommended

Fantastic staff and breakfast”
The staff were very friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they were willing to help us and understand our concerns, and used Google Translate to facilitate this. The room smelt a bit damp but we weren't sure if that was something that commonly happens in Tam Dao because of the location in the mountains. The staff were quick to try fix it. We were also a bit confused why there was music playing in the hallways from around 7.45am in the morning, which woke us up. Breakfast was fantastic - loved the beef pho (you need to ask for it), the buffet had some good options, and the condensed milk on toast with a cup of coffee was delicious!

部屋の姿見がベタベタに汚れていた。 せっかくベランダがあるのに窓が開かない。 浴室と部屋の仕切りがガラスになっていて、中が見えてしまう。ブラインドはあるが、透けている。
