Above all, the location is great! It's in the middle of Ginza so it's very convenient for shopping and eating out at nice restaurants. A several stations like Ginza and Yurakucho are within a walking distance. The facility itself is very neat. The room is big enough to spend a night or two and very clean. The amenities include everything we need for the stay including a gown, toothbrush, wash clothe and even skin care products. Everything is there and the price is still very reasonable. I really recommend this hotel especially for women who want to explore Ginza and Tsukiji area.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very courteous. The room is clean, good size and we can out our luggage there after we check out, which is very very helpful. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I visit Tokyo again!

The room is bigger than average hotels in Tokyo but the staff would not clean the room daily due to hotel environment policy ( clean every other day) however, it is ok for me. The location is only 2-3 mins walk to Mustuya, Mitsukoshi malls and subways.

Easy access with walk distance from Higashi-ginza & Ginza station. Lots of place to shopping around. Front desk staffs are really friendly, they helped me a lot. Room was cleaned, and the hotel provided clean towels everyday. Room size is good enough for solo traveler, I can open my two 28”luggages.

The location is walking distance to famous Ginza Street and to take train to either Haneda or Narita by Asakusa Line also very convenient. The room and bathroom is big as compare to other similar hotel.

Suggestions would be to give customers overview of hotel. For example restaurant on second floor perhaps offer a slight discount to patrons of hotel. Ask what people are interested in seeing in Tokyo and give more direction and maps.

Location, nice room, ease of access.”
This was a long overdue and much anticipated visit to Tokyo. I booked myself into a double room for 8-nights and I had nothing to complain throughout my stay. The bed was very comfy and large by Japanese standards. The bathroom had a full-size bathtub which is rare for Tokyo hotels unless one stays at one of the high-end 5-star hotels. The hotel is conveniently located behind the Ginza Mitsukoshi department store which is accessible by multiple metro railway lines and a pleasant walk away from the JR Yurakucho station. I was spoilt by the choice of dining options around the hotel. The Tsukiji outer market is a 15 minute walk away. The only improvement I can think of is USB jacks by the headboard of the bed and on the desk. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Surprisingly good”
We stayed here for only one night as we went to Fuji mountain during our trip to Tokyo and now wished we had stayed at the hotel for the first 4 days we were in Tokyo. Staff speak English, were very helpful in holding our luggage whilst we went to Fuji and let us check in late on our return. Very helpful all in all. Room was bigger, cleaner and just better than the previous hotel all at the same cost. Would recommend.
