It was not ready when arrived, & the boiler broke, so no hot water or heating. The place was filthy, very disappointing.

All good, a little cold when we arrived but warmed up after heating been on. couldn’t find a t-towel for dishes, but no problems.

Very spacious, ideal location for nec, shops and 20min drive from city centre. Responsive host who is happy to assist. There is private parking and space on street
The apartment was very cold on the first night and had to have heating on all day to keep it warm. This may need updating

Overall we had a lovely stay”

The flat was lovely and clean and the bedrooms where wonderful,
we found the kitchen very basic and lack certain amenities. Oven gloves, a cloth to wipe down the counters, dish clothe where non existent and had to be purchased to make our stay manageable. There was one plug to be shared between the bath and sink, it didn't work great in the kitchen sink so washing up was difficult. Tea was present but coffee would of been lovely as well as a small pint of milk so we could have a cuppa before going shopping. Though we found access awkward the owners response was quick and much appreciated.

nice looking apartment but good clean needed”

bedrooms both good area not explored but served us well to get to Birmingham resort world lady on phone very helpful situated above a shop could do with more comfortable seating in front room
needs a good clean especially bathroom toilet had stains in pan that could of been removed with a clean also had a toilet cleaning flush which was empty but left in with poo marks around it didn’t use shower as didn’t look clean no hoover very limited plates etc a broken bottle opener, needed more things in to be a functional kitchen

What a great little find of a place to stay when going to an event at the NEC. Comfortable and homely, couldn't of asked for me. We had requested an earlier check in and the owner did his very best to accommodate this. Will definitely stay here again if staying over for an event at the NEC.

The location was good and the apartment itself was lovely with a relaxing feel. It had really nice decor and was planned out really well. I liked that there were toiletries in the bathroom.
The heating in the main bedroom didn't work . There were no baking trays to cook in the oven and no oven gloves. There were no tea towels which I would expect from a serviced apartment. Although superficially clean there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathmat looked dirty.

The apartment is absolutely outstanding and the fact there's conferment and bathroom toiletries, along with a beautiful bedrooms, I have absolutely nothing other than to say this was a beautiful place, extremely quite giving its location, and its super clean . Thank you to the host whom provided this for us. One night stop off for East access to airpirt at early hours was also a great bonus, uber was there with in a few mins at 3am. Sincerely yours. Absolutely nothing to dislike, How ever I would suggest a little smoke bin outside for smokers. The flat smells soo clean it's apparent nobody smokes inside .so that little box outside can be used according. Hope not to offence Take care

nothing.
the property was false advertised. it was stated apartment but it was on top of shops. the place weren’t clean enough. there was mould in the bathroom, spiders and cobwebs everywhere very very dusty. In the cupboard there were out of date condiments and the cupboards were really dirty and dusty. the doors are very squeaky so hard to sleep in the night.
