Great for long stays”
It is located nicely in Filinvest city Alabang which is a CBD. It is connected to the skyway exit so it is very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and secure. The wonderful thing is you can even cook and do you laundry here. If you are there for a long business trip I suggest this rather than a hotel. It is a cross between a hotel and a home.

Best hotel/serviced apartment I’ve been. They have good menu selection and I love that their bar have amaretto sour (okay need to say that). The staff are helpful and really nice (i think they are the gem) and the one bedroom apartment is spacious and it’s what I loved. I love that they have laundry and iron. We love the bathtub and amazed with how complete their kitchen gadgets are. We’re going back, one thing that could be improved is the aircon cleaning maybe when I entered the room it’s already turned on but smells musty. Their kitchen is a little bit noisy during the breakfast buffet but no biggie.

All staff are approachable! They are very nice, cheerful and respectful. I would recommend the service in this hotel. Room is clean and they were able to accomodate all our requests! We also love the free 1 water gallon. We also enjoyed the amenities. Some areas for improvement are: More options for breakfast. My husband and I love to stay in different hotels and we are bit disappointed in breakfast because of the limited options but taste are good so don’t worry! It is also better if there’s a copy of thenmenu in every room in case the guests are too lazy to go down (LOL!).

Family-friendly and great value hotel”
First time staying at Somerset in Alabang. Hotel is located in a quiet area near a park, fast food chains and South Supermarket. Staffs were efficient and accessible. Breakfast had just enough selection. We didn’t have time to use the pool or gym but both looked well-maintained. Reservation included guaranteed basement parking which was really great. If bringing a car, be careful of the tight parking curves. Hotel was supposed to be fully-booked but I liked how most guests were families, common areas remained quiet most times and our stay was intimate and uneventful. I really enjoyed our stay and plans to stay again soon. Cheers to the management and staffs of Somerset Alabang!

From the minute we arrived, the security guard graciously escorted us and helped us with our luggage from our basement parking slot to the Reception Area. I was then able to focus on checking in as my 7-year old daughter was pre-occupied with the warm welcome given to her by Front Desk personnel, Kuya Gerry, who enthralled my daughter with his on-the-spot creation of her favorite balloon animals and a balloon crown. Christian, the lifeguard on duty was also exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Just with these 3 Somerset employees alone, I will gladly recommend and return to Somerset. Icing on the cake is Somerset’s commitment to Customer Social Responsibility via their support to Gawad Kalinga. Truly a positively memorable first experience!

This is our go to staycation hotel. It's near malls. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Their buffet breakfast is one of the best compared to other hotels with the same price point. Will definitely book again!

we got the one bed room. everything was smooth from to check out. room was spacious and clean and we love the washing machine inside the room as we were able to wash some of our used clothes and dry them breakfast was good location was excellent. i was able to run outside for a morning run

The amenities were topnotch.. We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my mother's birthday. We booked a 2 room suite, but I believe we were upgraded. to a 3 BR and we loved it. The basement parking was clean, well lighted and spacious. We brought in food for a small set of visitors over the weekend. Except for a warning on the number of guests, the hotel was pretty cool with it. The appliance and gadgets were complete. We also had the main birthday celebration in the hotel restaurant (Fig Leaf) Although the food would not justify the price (crispy pata seemed to have been reheated to a tough rubbery dish), the ambiance and service made up for it.

They went above and beyond my expectations of a serviced residence. They provided top-notch customer service, and was very attentive to our needs. - parking within the building is organized - easy check-in / check-out process - friendly hotel crew - quick and reliable room service - breakfast buffet has good selection of international cuisine - a pretty decent place, not too busy and crowded (visited from Sunday to Tuesday) - experienced walking late night, and it was safe and streets we passed through were well lit - clean room, sanitary kit provided and basic essentials (room fridge, water w/ dispenser, coffee & tea needs, bath needs, comfy bed) - nice city lights view Highly recommended for staycation!!!

Great Hotel”
This is a clean and no fuss hotel. Despite the so-so breakfast buffet and broken air conditioner in our room, my daughter and I had a fairly pleasant stay. The staff are commendable from accommodating to open the pool (jacuzzi and lights) at late at night and letting my daughter swim, to assisting me with other requests even calling maintenance and repair during the wee hours of the night. Their best asset is clearly the staff. From check in to check out, very hospitable, great service and always with a smile on their faces. =) I suggest improving on the buffet fare. wouldn't mind paying extra for variety and taste. We booked for 2 nights and I really wanted to extend our stay, the room was complete with appliances and kitchen tools. The room was spacious and tidy. The check in and out process was swiftly done . Small but terrible”
Somerset is a true gem. The staff are courteous and helpful. They were accommodating with our requests of early check-in and late check-out. We were not asked for any security deposit upon checking in. They provided COVID care kit and a gallon of drinking water. Although the hotel is relatively small as opposed to other nearby hotels (We've been to V and A), we love that it is very close to the mall and other food establishments. We didn't get to swim the pool seemed nice. We were able to have our breakfast and dinner in the al fresco area which is a plus during this pandemic. The parking is also hassle-free because they will assign a space for you upon entrance. Staffers are in PPEs. We're happy with their service.

Best Quarantine Place”
This place kept my sanity during quarantine. It’s a hotel condo in one with living room, kitchen, washer and the bathroom has tub. You can cook and do your laundry while in quarantine.Perfect for family with kids. Very spacious. Location is great, it’s next to the mall where I can watch people from my windows and kept me connected to the world. I am claustrophobic and the floor to ceiling windows help with my anxiety. Food is great and packed properly. The staff is excellent. They treat people for quarantine like a true human being with respect and not like we are virus. With Ascott you will never go wrong.

There are a ton of hotels in Alabang within 3-5k price range and Somerset is the best hotel out there. The staff is FANTASTIC. We spent our anniversary there and they gave us a nice heart balloon, simple note, and a bottle of Antares (which is my favorite wine!). Celyn and Jerry are two of the people we truly appreciate.
