The staff is friendly and helpful. The Serviced Apartment has a mini-mart (K-Market) within the premises. and it is very convenient for my family to get snacks/drinks/cup noodles etc. The kitchen has Microwave/ Oven/ Electric Kettle/ Induction Cooker/ Pots & Pans/ Plates etc for us to cook or make hot our food. We were 8 people, 5 adults and 3 children, staying in 3 BR suites, fitted comfortably. The rooms were clean, we did not stay much because we were visiting around HCM. Walking distance to nearby attraction (around 20 mins). Taxi driver might be confused since there are other Somerset nearby. Breakfast was served in a small restaurant, can get crowded if the rooms are full. Overall a very good stay, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment came with proper appliances, washing machine, hanging rack, plates, glaces, etc. I also like the paintings in the room.

location is little away from the centre but you still manage to get foods around the side streets. staff are helpfull specially staff at the door, so efficient, they call taxi for you and show you where to go. We were at 3 bedroom apartment, very roomy and clean.

Very close to places of interest in District 1 and 3. Room is very very clean. The apt is well furnished with kitchen ware, refrigerator and washing machine. Staff is friendly, attentive and quick. In general, I could rank the hotel as good as one of the best 5- star as regards to its rooms and service although the outside look may not be so fancy and new.

Was upgraded to a 3 bedroom which was great for a bigger family. The washing/dryer was very handy. Location was a little out of the tourist areas which meant a scooter or taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Breakfast was average with very little selection, coffee needs work. Pool was great and the security was always very helpful. Mini mart on site was very handy.
