Pleasant Suprise”

Location, Breakfast brought to your bungalow, Great Staff

We wanted to stay in Nakon Nayok and found the Somrudee Resort to be a fairly central location at a good price. Our stay was pleasant, the Staff were great and just when we were wondering where to go for breakfast it was delivered to our bungalow, great. No problems with the accommodation, cleaned regularly and fresh linen supplied.

ทำเลโอเค ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว แต่เข้าซอยมาลึกพอสมควร ในการจองห้องพักครั้งนี้มีจองแบบเตียงเสริมไป สิ่งที่ได้รับจากโรงแรมคือการยกเบาะที่นอนลงจากเตียงสปริง แล้วเอาผ้าปูที่นอนมาปูที่เตียงสปริง แยกร่างจากเตียงเดียวกลายเป็นสองเตียง คือไปพักมาหลายที่ไม่เคยเจอการให้บริการเตียงเสริมแบบนี้แย่มาก นอนไม่ได้เลยเพราะมีขดลวดสปริงคอยทิ่มหลังอยู่ จนต้องร้องขอให้เอาฝูกมาปูทับให้ซึ่งก็บางมาก ทางโรงแรมไม่ควรบอกว่าสามารถเสริมเตียงได้ควรบอกว่าไม่มีบริการแล้วให้แขกเปิดห้องใหม่เพิ่มจะดีกว่า เพราะเดินทางนั่งรถมาเหนื่อยๆมาเจอที่นอนแบบนี้แย่มาก รีเซฟชั่นไม่มีพนง.คอยดูแลที่รู้งาน ตอนมาถึงประมาณ 2 ทุ่ม มีคนงานเห็นว่าแขกเข้ามาพร้อมกระเป๋าเดินทาง ก็ยังวิ่งเล่นไล่จับกัน รอเกือบ 10 นาทีจึงเข้ามาถามว่าจองห้องพักมาหรือยัง ไม่มีการเตรียมห้องใดๆไว้เลย ทั้งๆมี่มีการจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วและทางโรงแรมไม่ได้แจ้งด้วยว่าไม่มีพนง.รอต้อนรับเป็นเวลาทำให้ไม่ได้โทรมาย้ำล่วงหน้าเพราะตอนจองอโกด้าแจ้งแล้วว่าเข้าพักเลท ควรปรับปรุงให้ดีกว่านี้ สภาพห้องดูไม่สะอาด แอร์เสียงดังมาก ถ้ามีทางเลือกควรเข้าพักที่อื่น
