The Sonesta resorts are great value for a nice hotel in a great location with a full kitchen. I appreciate the comforts of an apartment style hotel when I am traveling for work. The location of this property is amazing, parking is included, and you can walk to many places.

Great but smelled”
Sonesta ES on International Drive in Orlando, FL was perfectly located . Booked a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite for family of 5 (2 adults/3 minors). Towels provided were not sufficient for 5 IMO. The staff did not do the daily quick drop in to do the light clean up/provide new towels. I did request additional towels and staff was very prompt in bringing those to the suite. One of the toilets had problems and would not flush completely. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook etc, which was great. Downside to the stay is that the suite smelled the moment we stepped in it had an odor that appeared to maybe be mildew or moldy. The odor was prominent when walking in to the suite so i know it was that specific suite. Due to the smell, i would not book here again. The pros: the staff was very very helpful. I felt the front desk was amazing, the breakfast was decent, the premises were clean, the pool area was clean. Everything was within walking distance, restaurants, entertainment

Super nice hotel and an actual apartment with kitchen, dining and seating area separate from room. Right in front of an awesome outdoor mall with late night fun. Will return again!

We had a lovely stay here. The suites are clean and well maintained. Location is excellent with lots of bars, restaurants and things to do in walking distance. The kids loved the pool and it felt like a nice family atmosphere, although it would have been better if there was a pool bar. Wifi was a little temperamental and our shower took a very long time to heat up but other than those things, it was a great stay.

Great place, with so many walkable places nearby! The staff was great but they were not much help on the phone beforehand. At our stay though, the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, could've been better but still good options and worth the money spent. We had a group of 7 and we really have no complaints.

PROS: Good location and rooms are very nice. Good daily variety of breakfast. Nice heated swimming pool. Good family oriented atmosphere. CONS: There is a little road construction going on and the road in front of the hotel is a little rough but manageable.

2bedroom suites...very comfortable with stove, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, toaster, etc.. 😄 Got free shuttle service to n from universal n disneyworld..but didn't used it coz the service its to early, even the park not open yet. 🙄. Near icon park n walking distance to some restaurants.

The front staff and breakfast crew were amazing, but the maid service was so minimal it was almost nonexistent. Maybe they need more staff to spend more time with each room. The floor was dirty from check in and it never got better. The smell in 229 was not great at all. The room was very spacious though and if all you need to do is sleep then go for it. Next time we will do Endless Summer which is about the same price this time of year.

Not professionally cleaned, the overaged dirty coffee filter is still in the coffe machine. ”
We stayed because my husband and boy were lazy to change. But it was terrible memory of seeing my son pulling out the aged coffee filter from the coffee machine just at check in. We never used the coffee machine. The gaberator is broken as well, the sink water won't go down unless the gaberator is turned on. The sofa bed mattress is so shitty that has black holes and stains. We reported but they don't care. It was my husband slept on it, he has back pain. He couldn't sleep well, he feels something crawing on him. Then we booked a room with 3 beds hoping to have a bed for my husband instead of the dirty sofa bed. But was turned down by the hotel with excuses, insisted us to stay at the same room. Then when check out, we were over charged, caught the amount right away before we left, took us over 40 minutes for that. Still it is over even after her adjustment. We have to send them the email of the online booking amount. They did not describe correctly in the platform. Terrible breakfast!

El hotel ha quedado en los años 90…el servicio de internet es pésimo. No hay servicio de habitación y la limpieza de todas las áreas deja mucho que desear. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Yo en particular, no lo recomiendo.
