          We stayed here 2 nights. The room is extremely nice. Bed is very comfortable. There is a night club on the other side of the airport that woke us up at 1:30 in the morning. The staff are extremely helpful and ready to serve. Unfortunately, there appears to be an expectation of receiving a tip when ordering drinks at the bar near the pool. Food at the azure restaurant was just perfect. My spouse and I will return in the future.

          This trip went downhill the second we arrived to this resort. We booked two rooms and weren’t even able to stay close together. We didn’t even get the rooms we reserved. The staff was less than impressive and I would even say rude. I will never return to this resort. The majority of other travelers we spoke to had similar complaints.
