Don't Waste Your Time Or Money”

The restaurant was closed during our stay, but that information was not provided prior to our arrival. In fairness, it was Tet period, but it would have been nice to know before we stumbled through the dark to a closed restaurant. We were told that we could get some noodles and rice for dinner if we went to the upstairs kitchen, but that was it. As we were waiting for it, we saw the kitchen staff deliver a nice hearty meal to the owner's nearby room. As the hotel is rather remote, the lack of an operating restaurant was a real problem. The owner never said hello to us and nobody apologized for the lack of food. The staff was nearly nonexistent and housekeeping didn't bother to maintain our room. Management was sorely lacking, as was any type of security. The Song Hong Hotel owner/manager should head straight to the nearest university and sign up for Hospitality 101. Avoid this place.

ビジネスでの利用だけでしたので、周りは徘徊していません。 もっとも、何もないですが・・・ のんびり利用するには良いホテルです。7階の朝食も種類があり、とても美味しいです(お奨め)

到着し、チェクインを申し出ると、従業員が困惑してる。 どうやら予約が入っていないよう。 フロントの中で従業員同士で話してる様子から、 担当者が入力を怠ったようでした。 「一旦そっちで待て」とソファで待つように促され、待てども何の反応も無し。 こちらから何度も働きかけて、やっと部屋が用意された時には すでに30分以上が経過していました。 しかも用意されたのが別グレードの部屋だったので、何故なのか問い質したのですが、 「事故があった」というばかりで、挙句には 「代わりの部屋はきれいで天井も高くて云々。」などと言い、 「バンガローは蚊が出てWi-Fiの入りも悪いので代わりの部屋の方が良い。」等、 火に油を注ぐ発言をするアホ従業員もいて気分は最悪でした。 （じゃあ何でそんな部屋を提供してるんだ。そう思ってるなら改善すればいいじゃないか。） この間、全くお詫びの言葉の一つもありません。 やっとしぶしぶ了承し、部屋に入った時には、 ホテルに到着してから1時間近くが経っていました。 1日活動し、やっとホテルで寛ごうとしてこれです。 千円、2千円で泊まれるようなホテルならそんなこともあるかと思いますが、 ここはその5倍も取るホテルでこの対応です。 オーバーブッキング用の部屋は用意してないのでしょうか？ フロントにその時いる従業員だけで判断できないのでしょうか？ 超繁忙期なので、十分な従業員がいたものと思います。 残念にもほどがあります。 ブッキングミスは必ずあるのだから、それに対応し、 お客を困らせないシステム作りが必要ではないでしょうか？ なお、このホテルにバイクで行くことはお勧めしません。 このホテルには駐車場がなく、自動車はこれみよがしにホテルの前の道に止まらせます。完全にホテルの見栄ですね。 翻ってバイクで行くと、ホテルの裏手の従業員と同じ駐車場に止めさせられます。 ホテルの案内に「バイクでは来ないで下さい。」もしくは「バイクで来ると惨めな目に会います。」と記載しておいた方がいいのではないでしょうか？ We arrived at the hotel and offered the Check-in, but the stuffs are confusing. It seems they didn't resister our reservation. We can see from the situation of their talking, the person in charge was failed to input the reservation. We suggested waiting with sitting on the sofa over there but after that there is no response from them though we had waited a long time. With pushing from our side many times, It had already passed more than 30 minutes when the room has been prepared. Moreover, since the prepared room was a different grade so I asked about it but they only says that "there has been an accident." And at last they began to say as such as "The room instead is beautiful and ceiling is high etc." And one idiot stuff add fuel to the fire "The room instead is better because bungalows are trespassed by mosquitoes and Wi-fi incoming is poor." Our mood was worst. (If you think so. Why you provide such a room? Why you don't improve the condition?) During this time, there is not have only one word of apologize from them.
