Great Value for money! ”
Hotel was less than 5 minutes away from Fujisawa station. The amenities were great and the staff were all very accommodating. We had to request for extra pillows at around 3am and it was delivered by a nice staff. The room was also clean and the amenities were good. I also liked how convenient it is as there was a lawson downstairs. They also had a partnership with the steak restaurant in front and we were able to get free drinks and toppings when we showed our hotel key cards. Overall very satisfied and would stay again when we go to Fujisawa

very convenient”
We wanted a hotel near a train station so we wouldn't have to lug bags to/from Enoshima and Kamakura. Perfect location near station as well as bus stop to Enoshima and Kamakura. Plentiful buffet breakfast, laundry machines with soap included, microwave available, and a lovely selection of bath salts, face masks and other lotions etc. Great teppan restaurant with English menu on 4th floor in building across the street. Nice furnishings and new looking room and building had everything we could want. We got there at 2pm and said room wasn't ready but they took our bags for us. We had free coffee in the lobby and at 2:30pm we were invited to check in. The bags were already in the room for us!

Good Minus the Breakfast ”
I was mostly happy with this hotel minus the breakfast! It's located right next to two stations and only a few minutes ride from the very popular Enoshima area. They have very convenient check-in/check-out machines in the lobby that I thought made things very smooth. Our room was small but very clean. The breakfast buffet was rather inexpensive but there is not a lot of variety compared to other hotel breakfasts that I have seen at similar hotels.

It connects with the Fujisawa station which is a main station for travelling Kamakura area. And inside the station, there are may big shops and restaurants. very convenience! The hotel is clean enough and service is so good!

Room was very clean for the price range. Comfortable American-style bed. The area around has some restaurants. The server when I got the optional breakfast was helpful as I tried my best bad japanese. I liked the so called provided amenities - they gave you a very sharp razor and aftershave which isnt common in Japan. Also the room had a big tv and nice view of the coming and going trains... then just walk 5 minutes to get on train to Tokyo or the beach via the Enoden or Odakyu trains which are extremely fast and comfortable way to go. Overall, recommended! I thought of upgrading to another fancier hotel on our 3 day stay, but couldnt find any reason.

Convenient Location”
Room a bit small, hardly fit a big bag for longer stay but it's clean. You will be suprised with a complimentary bottle of water if you opt for the eco house keeping instead of the full one. Location wise is superb. Connected to Lawson. Opposite is Family Mart. Many eateries nearby and is a minute walk to train stations. Small breakfast buffet area and a bit congested. Although small it has quite some varieties of yummy dishes. Smaller portion of each dish due to the confined area but were constantly monitored and topped up. Most staffs are helpful and friendly.

Smoking room☹️”
Everything was pretty much all above standard as anyone can see based on the ratings. The Lawson store which is connected to the hotel was a brilliant idea. My only complaint that i did not like was I asked for “non- smoking” Room. When I checked in it said my Room was upgraded for no additional charge but the downside was that it was smoking room. If I was a smoker, I would not have any problems. I could have easily asked to change my room, but I was too tired and lazy which was all on me.

Booked within the same day and it cost more than i expected. Breakfast is limited to few options. room i stayed had no city view as it was covered by the next building you can see nothing but the next wall. On the plus side , COVID-19 preventive measures and cleanliness hotel is very good

Not sure if we will come back again”
Receptionist was very good and welcoming. She spoke very well English compared with all Japanese we have met. We know rooms in Japan are small but did not expect it to be smaller than two hotels we stayed in Tokyo. Further we are paying the same or higher price than hotels in Tokyo. It doesn’t worth it for the price we pay. We could only open one luggage. Such a hassle as we need to close a luggage in order to open another luggage. Hard for us to tidy up our luggage too. Thank God we were staying for only one night. Also, FYI, their car park is not included, you will have to pay additional and park quite far away. We do not think we will come back for the price we paid as we think the size of the room doesn’t worth it and the lighting was very dark. We were very afraid of “something” in the hotel due to its darkness.
