A very comfortable bed, and good amenities. Room is a little old, but very high standard of cleanliness. Nice big screen tv, although access to the HDMI ports is difficult as the tv is fixed to the wall. Staff also keep your bags so you can pick them up later when you check out, which is convenient. Only minus, the bar fridge was noisy from vibrations and it is a 10 minute walk from the station. However overall, it was a comfortable, very affordable stay, without any complaints. I would stay again.

Room was dark & old, broken tap/faucet”
The room is really dark at night (dark interior and low lighting), but still good sunlight at noon. Often, the tap/faucet in the bathroom creates a shrieking noise which is really horrible and you need to adjust it somehow to make the noise disappear. Nevertheless, the staff are very nice and welcoming. Though some of them struggle with english but it shouldn't be a problem.

a good budget priced business hotel, located in a typical japanese area. limited western food available in the area, but a good choice for a pure business trip. also close to yokohama (15 minutes by jr), which has much more variety in food choices etc. typically small but well-equiped japanese rooms.

Good value for money with convenient transport”
this is a decent standard hotel very adequate for a business traveler just needing a room for the night. acceptable size for japan, clean and well maintained. very good access to kawasaki jr station, so handy for tokyo and yokohama. limited 'western' facilities in the area, as it is a very local urban district.

Close to Haneda airport”
Pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel and the friendly staff. Room was clean, small but good for an overnight stop. Many small local shops right outside the hotel, so convenient to find food. Less than 10 minutes away from Haneda airport by taxi, definitely a good choice if you want to stay near the airport.

the room size was a bit small by western standards, but for this price in japan very good value for money. the location is not very westerner friendly, but is well served by rail links if you are experienced in visiting japan. limited facilities apart from the room, but for business purposes (sleep, shower and internet) was very good.

nice hotel not very nica neighborhood”
room are bigger than any other business hotel we ve stayed. location wise very close to station. from shinagawa station we just walk to west exit and can immediately see the hotel sign. but the neighborhood though is packed with pachinko and izakaya area so at night there are a lot of teenager and salary man hanging out smoking in the street. probably not a very good area if travelling with children

we used room only for sleep, therefore, there were no any special requests for service, space or etc. however, i liked a service, especially, i like hotels where i do not meet any staff on my way to and from room. they does their work do not making any obstacles to guests.

small hotel but very convenient especially for early arrival flight in haneda airport. You can take the first train and reaching haneda airport just in 1n 15 mins. There are many eateries nearby, also many shopping there.I will definitely stay there again next time if I need to go haneda airport early

the hotel is in a good location, not far from kawasaki station. the staff are very helpful and speak good english. room is nice and clean though it's pretty small. no shower cap. no free wifi but lan cable is provided in the room.

loved the hotel. if i ever come back to tokyo i will definately stay here again. the express train to the heart of tokyo via jr connects kawasaki and tokyo within 20minutes. i stayed at downtown shinjuku and it still took me 17mins via subway to tokyo station. here is the beauty of this hotel and kawasaki. there are lots of shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment in kawasaki that could rival say shinjuku or shibuya. the plus side would be this place is less congested with families and older people with a slower pace of life. and yes, kawasaki is much cleaner than shinjuku, harajuku and shibuya.

Very clean hotel. Very close to station and in the heart of Kawasaki. Bed was new and bathroom was large. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english. Good value for money. If I travel to Kawasaki again I will use this hotel.
