A cost-effective hotel”
I was very worried when i heard that jp hotels are small, but i decided because the location was good. First of all, the hotel was not as small as i thought. Although it was not seen in the picture, there was a hanging place for clothes, and the bathroom had a large bathtub and good water pressure. There were two big towels, two small towels, and a bathroom mat. Second, the hotel was very clean. While staying 4 days and 3 nights, I only requested towels for 2 days, and cleaning on the last day. After cleaning, It was cleaned except where we put our luggage. Additionally, i tried to pay with a card at the machune when i checked in, but it didn't work even though i tried three type of cards, but i felt good because the staff wearing glasses kindly helped me at the desk. Also, the hotel was quiet and i wanted to eat breakfast that many people were eating, but i couldn't because of my busy schedule. and another advantage is that there are many convenience stores nearby.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the subway channel and Shinsaibashi, Doton excavation. Check-in and check-out at the hotel are all machine services, which are fast and convenient. However, if you want daily cleaning or don't need to clean the room, you need to pay attention to the magnet instructions behind the room door, which I didn't notice when I checked in, so missed the opportunity for the hotel staff to clean the room. I hope the front desk can explain when you check in. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel, I will recommend it to my friends, and I will stay there next time I come to Osaka.

I like the experience here. when i need help, the staff are very kind and patient to help me to solve problems. due to the convenient location, I always walk to 心齋橋 shopping mall for buying and eating. one day, it was cloudy and I’m worried it would rain when i was ready to go outside. so i asked the reception for an umbrella since i didn’t bring one. they offered me immediately which makes me feel very grateful. besides, it offers washing machine to use coins to use which is very easy to operate according to listed steps they put on the machine. on the whole i am satisfied with the experience in the hotel. if next time i travel to 大阪 agian, i would like to stay here again.

Great location in Shinsaibashi ”
New, clean and super handy location, also got the room at a hard to better price. Room was exactly what I needed, comfy semi-double bed, air purifier and they have plenty of amenities at the front desk you can grab and use during your stay, even facial masks. Coffee is available in the lobby from 3pm - 10pm, there's an optional breakfast, I opted the 2 minute walk to the local 7-11. Very close to the shopping district and many bars and restaurants are close by, highly recommend, will be booking here again.

Recommended to stay, worth for money. The hotel location is near shopping area, nice restaurants. Walking distance from JR Namba station about 20 mins, Kuromon market about 15 mins.. Dotonburi about 12 mins. Surely come back. Complimentary Tea&coffee bar, hotel amenities were provided in lobby while as hot pot was also provided in the room. Thanks for all staff for good service.

They have the best staff - very kind, courteous, accommodating and pleasant. I really love Japan bec of their people most esp. Nearby the famous shopping district Shinsaibashi as the metro station is just few steps away. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only down side is that the walls are very thin, the sounds from adjoining room made us hard to sleep well at night. Overall, the experience of staying was still good.

Hotel location is nearby Shinsaibashi, so is within walking distance can travel around Shinsaibashi/Namba. Only one disadvantage is the room is very very small, we have one big one small luggage, only have a little space can open our luggage. Other than this, hotel is good and staff are friendly. Hotel facilities good got washing machine, microwave and vending machine.

The hotel is close to Shinsaibashi subway station and shopping street.You can turn right from Uniqlo shop ,then walk round 3 blocks .I selected room with breakfast, all foods are delicious (Japanese styles).The room is japan standard size. I can open the huge luggage.You also can walk through Namba ,Todomburi area just 10 minutes. I recommend this hotel.
