Initial room I got had a weird smell, upon feedback to the front desk they quickly switched me to another room once they confirmed the issue. I love that they have a bathtub and bath salts & other amenities are all provided on the first floor FOC. Do note that the room can feel a bit claustrophobic as there is no view from the window, but this was not an issue for me. Service and cleanliness was top notch and I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect hotel for first time travelers to Tokyo. All staff are helpful and polite. We didn’t know much Japanese but so great that all of the staff new English well enough to be very helpful. The hotel is just down the street from the Kanda station making it easy to get around. You can also walk to Akihabara with a bunch a food and drinking options along the way. The 24hr 7-11 is also right next store.

Good location”
Location is great, close to a lot of eateries in Kanda and the area is bustling with Japanese salaryman grabbing a drink after work. Room size is a bit small, as well as the chair/desk/TV set up felt a bit odd.

It’s a 5-min walk to Kanda station which is conveniently located on the Yamamoto JR line and the subway. One stop from Tokyo station and Akihabara. There were lots of amenities to take from the lobby too. There’s a 7-11 right beside the hotel and it was super convenient to grab snacks and drinks.

Good location within a quiet area”
Near to Kanda station and easily accessible to places like Ueno and Tokyo. Check in is all via self check in machine which is easy and quick to access. Highly recommended!

A surprise find !”
Hotel was easy to get to from either Haneda or Narita airport via trains. The staff were very courteous, friendly and thoughtful. We would like to thank them for greeting us on our wedding anniversary and the small gift we found in our room. The room was a bit small ( but normal in Japanese standards ). Bed was very comfortable . Hotel provided many amenities in the lobby area and provided a welcome drink too. Neighboring area had a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again soon.

Convenient location in Kanda, 1 stop away from Akihabara. The area is quiet, and many of the food establishments do not open late. However, the 7-11 next to the hotel provides plenty of food choices. The hotel uses a convenient automated self check-in process - simply scan your passport at the terminal to receive your room cards. An exceptional array of skincare, bath salts, and fruit tea sachets are provided at the lobby alongside the usual toiletries. Would recommend using the provided heater/humidifier unit if you are visiting in winter, as the air can get quite dry. Having stayed at other more centrally located Tokyo hotels on the same trip, we found Kanda to be the optimal choice, at least for exploring Akihabara - it was conveniently located without making significant compromises on noise levels or amenities.

Nice equipped business hotel. Room size is reasonable (by Tokyo standard) if you don’t have oversized suitcases. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are super friendly with good command of English and offer all the help we need. A short flat easy stroll from the Kanda train station. Wish it was even closer to the train station though. Overall, we had a nice stay and will definitely come back again.

Nice quiet hotel with good location”
Hotel was super clean and staff really helpful :) location is also great, really close to train/subway stations, so u can get quickly to the city center. It was quiet and they gave us the room on the highest floor that was awesome :) room is tiny, so we were little shocked at the beginning (as it is normal in Tokyo), but we get used to it :) bed was really comfy, we would stay in this property again :)

Great Location”
I stayed in this hotel twice in the last year and I keep coming back is because of the location. It's close to the Kanda station which can connect you to anywhere in Tokyo. The rooms are modern and clean. Although the rooms are very small but that is the norm for all hotels in Tokyo.

First time came to tokyo and stay in Fresa Inn Tokyo Kanda. Room is tiny but quite comfortable and there is a bath tub in the toilet can take a bath after a long walking day. Overall is great!

I highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to train station and for its cleanliness. The room itself is small however it provides everything I needed for my stay. The only downside is the hopper 'window' in my room only opens about 10 cm at an angle and looks out to the wall of another building less than a metre away. If you want a proper view from a window, make sure you ASK for it.
